First off the staff were extremely attentive and polite so top marks there. The food for an establishment of this level should be a lot better especially considering the price like 32 dollars for a duck confit poutine was a disappointment. The rooms are dated especially the washrooms, and the pool area is too small and crowded needs a refresh. The value for money is simply not there. The property was quiet and restful but amenities were weak.

Great experience

White Oaks is a great place to stay! It’s so close to Niagara on the lake and the outlet. All the staff are incredibly friendly and accommodating. They had a pack n play set up for our little one and the room was so clean. As always, will be back!

Great staff!

We had a great room, but the choice of tile in the bathroom was terrible, so slippery when wet, i fell. The pool deck was also quite slippery. Dinner at Liv was a bit bland and the steak could have been better quality. Not up to fine dining standards. It was my birthday and the gift delivered to my room was a nice touch. Overall a nice experience but you really need to fo something s out that bathroom floor

Enjoyed my stay for the weekend. It was great customer service from checkin to checkout. The Liv restaurant staff was very professional and friendly service all around, the breakfast is what we had and the food was amazing, a chef’s kiss amazing!

Not at this time.

Staff is incredibly friendly. Rooms are clean, up to date. Amenities are great. Bathroom and shower is great. Only negative comment would be on tv service. It seems like it is basic cable, but wasn’t there to watch tv.

Very good service!

Shower water was like warm at best. In room air unit was so loud and squeaky it was in useable. Office chair was a broken conference room chair. Intoxicated people roaming hallways up to 2 am making sleep impossible.

People very nice and helpful. Properly in great condition.

Very clean. Green conscious, $5 voucher per day if you decline housekeeping. Excellent onsite restaurants. EV charging onsite. However, not enough power outlets in the room. I would recommend bringing a power bar.

I think for the price we paid (i.e. $400 CAD ), I would expect a much more modern room. Although the room was super clean, and large, the room itself, especially the bathroom, was hugely outdated: - shower in the bathroom was an old-school "bathfitter" with a built in curtain rod, PLUS an additional, higher rod holding the curtain. - The water pressure was very weak. Again, the room was super clean and large, however, they need to update their bathroom and fixtures to a more energy efficient, and modern design and functionality. For reference we stayed in room 425.

We enjoyed our stay. Comfortable rooms, friendly staff and good food. Will stay again

We had a nice one night get away

Excellent place to stay very clean and close to shopping spa great restaurants. Perfect for a mini quiet getaway!

We were able to get an early check in and parking was easy and free. The pool and hot tub were great and had lots of fresh towels. Also, the shower in the room was excellent with dual shower heads and plenty of pressure.
