The elevators didnt wirk properly. The first floor ice machine wasnt working. The laundry room wwad was out of service. Fire alarm went off multiple times. Internet was intermittent. TV glitched. Room got flooded from two floors above. Staff seems rather cavalier about these things. I don't think the owners care much about properly maintaining their building.

I hated this property, it was dirty ,filled with roaches, the paint was chipping and the smell was atrocious! When I went into the room the bed was uneven, and the room was freezing, when i turned the air off and as the room warmed up the smell got stronger and stronger. I was there 1 hour max and went to the front desk and checked out. I asked for a full refund and was told the manager wasn't available. When I spoke with nisha she refused to give me a refund. I complained to her about the quality of the hotel and it didn't matter that i had only been there an hour. I am calling my bank to dispute the charge i refuse to pay for that dump!

This property felt more like a DMV than a hotel. The reception desk is behind a partition and no one was ever back there. There is a very small lobby with a few chairs. It felt so depressing. The rooms are very small and showing their age. It was at best OK but there are plenty of other hotels in the area to stay at instead.

For a 2 star hotel, I received good service overall. There was one issue when my room was not cleaned, and the staff on duty that night were not very helpful. However, when I spoke with the manager on Monday, the issue was promptly resolved, and I was refunded for that night. I appreciated how it was handled in the

Hotels.com verified review

The hotel was not cleaned. Only one elevator was working. No room service. You have to go to the lobby to get what you asked for. They have iodine in the rooms but does not work. We saw a beg bug on the bed. For the money the we spent…. It was terrible. Shower don’t even work properly……don not book at red roof inn in Westbury, Long Island.
