Front desk was very pleasant and ensured everything was good in our room

Close to the Casino and restaurants.

Horrible experience at this location and worse, no follow up from management. Booked a last minute room to rest and stay the night after my wife had an evening event. Checked in with my two year old and upon entering the room and getting situated, we found a dirty washcloth in the bed under the comforter. We only needed one bed so i moved to the next one and went to throw it on the floor in the bathroom for the housekeepers the next day. When i turned on the light in the bathroom, it was evident that the toilet had been used post room cleaning as there was residue and hairs on the toilet seat. Knowing we were only staying till morning and not wanting to relocate to another area with our things and my baby, i cleaned it and let it slide. The straw that broke the camels back was when my two year old found a large 12" kitchen knife in a low unlocked drawer. I understand these rooms may be extended stay and providing utensils can be a nice thing, but they should never be left where they were less than two feet off the ground for a child to be able to access. At that time i contacted my wife and told her we would be departing and i would just drive through the night to return to ohio. Upon checking out, i politely informed the front desk agent of the three situations and that we would be checking out only hours after checking in. He couldn't do anything but understood, so I asked him to pass on my info to management so they could follow up with me. I never received follow up.

Safe and quiet stay, just what I was looking for.

I do like the hotel, the staff is great, the lady at the front desk(so sorry I forgot her name), she’s awesome, and beautiful ! We will be staying here when we fly up to Pa again. Merry Christmas!

The place looked a little sketchy. When we got to the room, there was a plastic bag taped over the smoke detector. When we called the front desk, they told us it’s fine and to not worry about it. So odd. We got through the night, and the room was okay. You get what you pay for.

They have great TV for weekend sports in room. Adjust your lighting for the best experience.

Had a non-smoking room but still smelled musty Overall, property Needs some updates.

Was a nice hotel and clean .. however there was no elevator on the premises .. but overall it was better than what i imagined and also great location

Extremely friendly staff! Was an absolute pleasure! Bathtub and shower could use some work, but everything functions as expected. Will definitely stay here again!

The toilet wouldn't stop flowing

We made reservations through Hotels.com but when we arrived, there were no rooms left, so we had to make reservations late at night with another hotel, Comfort.Inn that turned out horribly. It was so late at this point, we couldn't look for better accommodations. People Hotels.com needs to have better communication with the hotels. Both places have long term residency that over ran the place. Both were discusting hotels.

They really need to replace carpet in stair wells. So stained and gross! Otherwise it’s ok! It’s in a great location!

The rooms was clean and a good experience. We would book their again.

Carpet dirty. Suspicious characters seems loitering

Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Lobby was cozy and nice. Room was great!
