Location 2km outside of Lucca, so 20min walk max. Lots of space at the hotel.

I got this hotel as alternate solution provided by Tour operator due to canceled reservation of different hotel. Hotel is located outside of Lucca - in the middle of nowhere. Not good for travelers without a car. No free water at the rooms even if it's rated as four stars hotel. It's a shame that a hotel is not providing it for free when a room costs nearly 180€/night. I even think that for a four stars rated hotel it should work on a few details. For me it is currently not a four stars hotel.

Good one stay before travelling g on to airport

We stayed in a suite. When we arrived the room had not be aired. once windows balcony door opened it was fine. We had booked twin beds so when we entered room and found double we discussed with front desk and they had this sorted out and 2 x drink vouchers. It took another 40 minutes before we could get back into room and the bar was not open until 5pm which was 3 hours away. we were told there was a vending machine with cold drinks. our stay was for 6 nights and during this time the sheets were not changed, something we are not used to in Italy. Would have expected at least one change after 3 days. Breakfast was good but difficult to get proper coffee (not out of machine) as staff who took room number (if anyone was there to do so) didn't ask unless you asked. Also one day there were not plates left to put breakfast items on. On the Friday we got back from a trip out and went to vending machine in Hotel and there was no still water. I went to front desk and asked about this and what appeared to be a manager said the bar opens at 5pm to which i said i knew (again a couple of hours away from that) and he offered water bottles that were hot. 2 days later the vending machine had not yet been refilled. we headed for the supermarket! Overall staff at front desk were quite helpful but the stay could have been so much more comfortable if there had been a smoother operation in place especially with a hotel group this size. just rather disappointing.

Big rooms. Staff was very friendly. But the AC didnt work well in our rooms. We had to change 1 room. The other didnt get a temp below 26 degrees C. Parking and location is very convenient

Spacious hotel with plenty of room unlike the typical European hotels. Quiet, good location, great breakfast. Very clean. Comfortable bed. Free parking!

Nice modern hotel. The room was clean and spacious. Staff were very friendly and helpful, the bar staff particularly so. We didn't have breakfast but the food and service at dinner was good. Plenty of parking at the rear. There are several local bars, restaurants, and supermarkets nearby and Lucca centre is about 25 minutes walk.

Great staff, super clean, excellent restaurant, easy parking.

This is a very basic hotel. No frills. Clean, good breakfast and close to Lucca old city where great features. Staff Can be moody at times and communication not great. for example charging (a lot!) for water, the only item in the mini bar. We stayed in July and the temperature was near 40c so it was fair to assume water is complimentary but we were charged for it! There was no sign or price again it in the room. The minibar fridge was not even on. The bottles were just placed there. Also the acoustics is a bit poor and you can hear noises from corridors and other rooms. I’ll give 7 out of 10 if you keep to the right level of expectations.

The property is situated about 20 mins from Lucca walls - less if you drive. The staff was always friendly and greeted us with a smile. Rooms were adequate as we were not staying for long. The Sauna is closed due to COVID (not sure why as the fitness centre i.e. the gym was open. Highly recommend the hotel if you don't want a sauna.

Very clean. Spacious, bright and modern. I’d definitely recommend anyone stay here. The staff is very good at their jobs.
