Super delicious food, super enthusiastic staff. I don't speak the language so I couldn't book a table at the restaurant, but they called to book a table for me and gave me directions very enthusiastically.

Staff was friendly and very helpful. Location is great, still walkable to Yu Garden and also Nanjing Road. Would definitely come back to stay here, the only downside is the breakfast menu is lacking variety.

The staff was very helpful during check in. Got a room at 11am. Concierge staff also helped with car reservations. Walk about 3 red lights near Yuyuan Market

The hotel is just the center near yuyuan garden and nanjing shopping street and also the bund. Great location and nice hotel.
