The young female front desk agent was unbelievably knowledgeable. She had no hesitation to answer any of our questions & gave us great information to make our stay enjoyable & venture out to enjoy the town

Good value and nice establishment especially for those travelling with pets. There is plenty of parking, well maintained property and the free breakfast is generous and good.

Disappointed stay. Rate of 9 is not reliable. Room seemed tired, bed not comfortable, shower did not work, breakfast was very processed (apples were the only fresh artificial fragrances in public areas,

The front desk person went above and beyond to help an older couple who had fallen on hard times of some sorts, as I only overheard parts of the conversation. They couldn’t afford the hotel for the following night however she got them several phone numbers to assist them. Beautiful

Nice hotel pool was awesome. Stayed in Room 520 when you flush toilet it’s very loud and it gurgles in bath tub drain. So don’t flush in middle of the night as you wake up your family.

Short overnight stay in Salmon Arm — we’ve stayed at the Super 8 in town before but this place is infinitely better for a very similar price. Would not hesitate to stay again as the location and condition of the hotel are both great.

Always the best in town when we stay. Staff. Room, breakfast. Perfect place

I like the front staff and have no complaints except the breakfast attendant is not very hospitable and the food is always the same and lousy. A smile and a greeting in the morning would be nice.

This is a fantastic hotel, I would definitely stay there again. Clean rooms, very comfortable beds and a fantastic breakfast! I was pleasantly surprised.
