Stayed two nights at this hotel. The staff was very friendly upon arrival at the front desk. The entire staff was friendly throughout my stay. The room was great and the complimentary breakfast and evening meals were outstanding! I normally don't rate a hotel stay, but this hotel is great and I plan to visit again in the future. Staff - keep up the great customer service!

It's an older hotel but it was pretty clean. The room was clean. Beds were comfortable. The pool wasn't very clean but there was also a very large party staying of boys for a basketball camp and they were having a blast in the pool so that may have been part of it. The breakfast was great. Customer service from all of the staff was excellent. We were very satisfied with our stay.

Pet friendly!

Great stay overall love the cocktail hour for my enjoyment and the kids enjoyed the indoor & outdoor pool settings. The PM staff left a memorable experience, very profession and courteous.

We booked because of the excellent reviews and rating on Expedia. Whoever is putting in these reviews is either lying or getting paid to do so...this place was a dump. The lobby at check in was 85 degrees at 3pm. The next day, the lobby was 87 degrees at 10am. The air blowing out of the air conditioner smelled strongly of mold. Do not get there early expecting to be put in an available room before 3pm, the front desk will make you wait until 3pm on the dot to check in. If you want to feel poor, stay here. I wish I would have spent the extra $30 or $40 and stayed at the Hilton on the same exit or another more reputable chain.

Easy & convenient

Room was spacious and clean. I was surprised to receive 3 complementary drinks (top shelf) at check in along with dinner included in the cost of my room. Dinner was Hot dogs, baked beans, coleslaw and pulled pork (which ran out). The pool water looked very cloudy and could definitely use some attention. The hot tub was ICE COLD and likewise the water needed some serious attention. Staff was very friendly and would definitely stay again if in the area.

Not as good as the reviews claimed it to be. Remodeled recently but our room smelled like urine. The breakfast wasn’t good. Won’t be staying here anymore.

We had often stayed at this hotel when it was a Drury Inn - great service. It was a well maintained, clean hotel with a friendly staff, and great breakfast buffet. This was our first visit at the facility as the Prado. We found our room and the facilities to be clean and saw some of the same Drury employees still working there. There are not many eating choices close by, but they are also not needed as they still do breakfast and the evening buffets. We will continue to stay there as long as the standard remains at the same level in the areas of service, safety, cleanliness, and friendly staff. I do see an overcharge on my credit card - hopefully it is just a matter of timing and not truly an overcharge.

Driving from OK, I had forgotten we were stopping in Jackson. I thought the hotel was in Laurel. By the time we realized our mistake, we would have had to drive another 1 1/2 hours BACK to the hotel. Through the booking service, we requested they honor the insurance I had purchased, and they refused to cancel, and charged my card for the full amount. I understand the request came after the time given, but I would have expected SOME consideration instead of a flat refusal. NOT impressed at all with their customer service.

The walls are super thin. The dining staff were not courteous. The hotel was clean.

Everything was clean and nice.
