The rooms need to be updated. Excellent location right next to Ibirapuera Shopping Center and the beautiful city Moema.

I stayed there 30+ times when it was managed by Bourbon , it was wonderful. It's certainly going down..!

The hotel is located in a very nice neighborhood. Nice places to eat and to shop. Only issue was the remodeling of the lobby area.

I checked in at 10:30pm and there was a line of 20 people deep. People who had already checked in had to come back several times because their keys did not work. Happened to me 3 times during this trip. Staff was nice and helpful but completely chaotic

The AC on my room was not working at all.

Great location! Staff & services are amazing specially the restaurant manger ( Francinaldo). The room is big & comfortable, great shower This is my second time and l will always coming back again. I definitely recommend it to everyone.

The room was great! Stuff very friendly! There was a renovation construction but it didn’t affect me. Walkable streets, close to the shopping Ibirapuera, and many others places. I recommend it to everyone.

the hotel is very nice but there is renovation going on, which makes it a bit dusty and loud and inconvenient, long walk to a temporary lobby, but other than that, nice place, GREAT location, nice room!

Good hotel. It had great breakfast. Wi-Fi is slow. Outside of this one thing, the stay was fantastic

A very tired hotel

The rooms need to have hot water kittle and cofee pouches. The hotel does not provide even one small bottole of complementary drinking water. Both above changes are must . Please thank me for this Shrikant Makode 0091 9619888405
