Amazing hotel. Great location in Old Montreal. Big rooms. Great restaurants. Incredible staff. Merci beaucoup!!

The staff was incredibly friendly and responsive.

The staff in the hotel were excellent, particularly So So sp?, the young concierge who helped us with alternative arrangements after the room we were initially assigned proved to be too noisy to occupy due to a faulty HVAC. I thought she handled the situation really well, with humour and competence and hope senior management at your hotel appreciate her value and her potential. The breakfasts we had at the hotel as well as our dinners at the Japanese restaurant all were also excellent! Great location too! Given the overall quality of the hotel the exercise room suffered somewhat by comparison but could be remedied with some updated equipment, a better tv or at least better reception, a clock etc. Ideally the room would be expanded to include a washroom perhaps into the area of the adjacent room with the malfunctioning HVAC. Overall we loved your hotel. We would stay there again without hesitation and recommend it to others.

Excellent location in the heart of Old Montreal. Staff was great - welcoming and helpful. I also used the spa during my stay and had a wonderful experience. Would stay again when in Montreal!

Shut out to the concierge team( Ricardo and So So) they were awesome.

Not sure why there are such amazing reviews at this hotel. Our room was extremely dusty, particularly behind the beds. House Keeping never came automatically, even with the sign on the door saying "yes please clean my room". We had to arrived back from a day out (every day we were there), to an unkempt room. I had to notify the front desk every day that our room needed to be cleaned. All in all, this hotel did not meet my expectations in any capacity.

Comfortable hotel in a great location close to old Montreal. Good amenities, clean and quiet. Enjoyed the Hammam in the spa and their morning coffee was delicious. Will definitely book again.

Staff were super attentive, made great restaurant suggestions, assisted with Metro needs and were overall engaging and positive at all times.

The place was spotless and the room cleaned within an hour of hanging the card outside the door. Fantastic location as well.

Nice spacious room with character. The bell hops were friendly and extremely helpful. We didn’t find the front desk very friendly. The room was made up daily, however, basically just the bed. Room was not actually cleaned during my four days. Wonderful location.

Hôtel location was perfect, and it had a lot of old charm which was exactly what we were looking for, room was beautiful, and the staff were super nice. Only a few small things, kept it from being perfect, like housekeeping knocking at 830 am, the tub bath stopper not working, our key cards kept deactivating and when we went to order room service and called down 2 times no one answered.

Restaurant had great food.

The concierge, Ricardo, was the best! He helped us coordinate our day trip to Old Quebec and gave us all the info to see all of Montreal.
