Nice place to stay. The staff was great and took extra time with me and my terrible Portuguese. Very convenient to the airport. Shuttle was on time and quick.

Good place to stay when flying in or out of Guarulhos Airport

My stay at the hotel is always pleasant.

Overall this would be a great hotel for those needing to stay close to the airport if not for the extremely poor internet connection. Watching videos was almost impossible.

The staff at reception are amazing. They are very professional and very friendly. I really enjoyed staying at Monreale Guarulhos and I highly recommend that location.

Very friendly staff the front desk, very good inglish. The room is spacious and clean. Bed is comfortable, AC works great. Free breakfast is always good. Good valure for the price. Free airport shuttle and free WiFi ( works great) The restaurant is open 24 hours which is great however I would recommend the buffet vs the food from the menu. Burger and pizza are not great.

It was great

The shuttle bus was not safe . The front door didn’t close. Ot was a bus with not a proper card showing the name of the hotel so I missed one. The sheets and towels should be replace inmediately and those throwed away. The buffet not water given unless you buy it. I’ve been there several times but instead of seeing improvements its getting worst. Hope they can do this little changes.

Stayed here twice,when I flew in to São Paulo and when I flew out ,the shuttle was perfect the room was excellent,shower good,bed comfortable Specialise in catering to the airport stayovers and they know exactly what to do Don’t hesitate to recommend this hotel

I’ve been several time at this hotel . But this time the room was extremely humid bad odor and the towels need an urgent change. The tv was small and the resolution very poor. At the buffet at least should be water offer for free. Hope next time better everything.

Todo bien, llegue antes del check in pregunte si se podia hacer antes, pero no me dijieron que tenia un cargo extra solo me pidieron mi pasaporte y hasta que ya me iba me cobraron

O ar-condicionado não poderia ligar, pois estava pingando água dentro do quarto. Para evitar bagunça e barulho, tivemos que desligar. A roupa de cama estava bem velha e suja. Eu reservei um quarto com cama de casal e me colocaram em um quarto com cama de solteiro. A única coisa que salvou dessa noite foi a janta, que gostamos.

Perfect for a solo traveler, grocery store restaurants and bars are within walking distance. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone traveling by themselves.

What was not good was when booked online, it said a shuttle was available from airport to the hotel and shuttle was not be be found anywhere, upon arrival to hotel I was told the shuttle broke down, the hotel could really have sent a taxi or made alternative arrangement for transport. Wasted nearly 1h post 10h flight to sort out transport to hote, not GOOD
