Check-in via WhatsApp. After a 12hr flight, I arrived at the property. The front desk person tells me to scan the QR code, 1hr and 35min later to check-in answering questions via WhatsApp every 20-26min. Unacceptable…

Although i only stayed on night this visit, i had a very enjoyable experience! check in was easy, the room was spotless, a great view of Sao Paolo, the staff very helpful! easy to get around and stores close by foe food or any necessities..

I've been staying here since it was a hotel 10 years ago and they have the same furniture and service is worst A/C was not working and the electric grill. I reported this and they said someone's coming to resolve both issues but nobody came.

this was my first time staying at the Bela Cintra, it will not be my last. the property was clean and safe. the staff was very helpful. the location was perfect for what i need to do. the bed as comfortable as my own! and the shower was strong the way i like. I highly recommend staying here.

Security Staff is extremely rude with guest to the point where one couple had to walk under heavy rain to access the front desk as they didn't allow the taxi to leave them at the fron door. Probably this is my last stay in here. It used to be a good option, now is terrible

Hotel conceito “suítes”, mas muuuuitos pontos ruins. Primeiro que o check-in é feito todo on-line, por um aplicativo que não estava funcionando. Tive que fazer o processo por WhatsApp, e apesar o atendimento cordial do rapaz, o processo é extremamente falho e desconfortável. Fui impedido de fazer todo o processo antecipadamente, devendo esperar debaixo de garoa, com malas nas mãos, junto à cancela de entrada do estacionamento, feito um indigente, pela informação do número do quarto e posterior liberação do condomínio. Uns 5 minutos debaixo de garoa depois, fui liberado a chegar na recepção do condomínio. Tudo aquilo que fiz por WhatsApp, tive que fazer novamente na recepção. Inclusive, cadastraram minhas digitais pra abrir as portas, que nunca funcionou. Me deram um cartão chave pra usar no elevador e abrir o quarto, simplesmente não funcionou no elevador, toca eu voltar novamente pra tal recepção. O quarto extremamente velho, cama desconfortável. Ao abrir o chuveiro e a torneira pela primeira vez, desceu uma água preta. Não marrom, preta. Claro que não escovei os dentes com essa água. Se tem algum ponto positivo, é a localização, mas existem hotéis melhores, mais bem mantidos e mais baratos na mesma região. se precisasse escolher hoje, teria ficado no Íbis Budget, teria sido melhor negócio.

The receptionist was very nice and helpful. She remembered me from my last stay at the hotel and facilitated the check in. I have been staying at this location for over 15 years when it was known as the Quality Hotel Bela Cintra. Unfortunately the "quality" of the ex-Quality hotel is going down hill very fast. There is no longer a breakfast, no daily housekeeping, except for an extra cost, the furniture is very old and dated with molding wood frames and tile in the bathrooms. On the positive side the quality of the people working there is superior. Like doing my last two stays there, after a couple of days I checked out of the hotel and moved to another hotel of higher quality. I keep hoping the hotel will return to its superior state but that doesn't seem to be happening; how sad.

THIS NOT A HOTEL. I HAVE A MESSAGE FROM THEM AT THE END AFFIRMING THEY ARE NOT A HOTEL. THEY HAVE NO STAFF. TOILET DOES NOT WORK. INTERNET INEXISTENT AT ALL. GRAVE DAMAGE CAUSED TO US BECAUSE I WORK WITH INTERNET. WORST OF ALL, THEY DO NOT EVEN APOLOGIZE FOR IT. NO IDEA WHAT HOSPITALITY MEANS FOR THEM. PLEASE REMOVE THIS PROPERTY FROM YOUR HOTEL OFFERINGS.

I always stay at this location, is a nice room size, but now they are under new management and it’s was just bad experience. The room price is really high, there are no breakfast included, no room cleaning, no clean towels ( you need to pay extra fee for this service). Since this building also have residents is not just a hotel the front desk will not help you. The lady was very clear to me, I just help people lives here, anything you need you must text them. So annoying ….. so awkward. It’s a shame!!

With this location being a residencia and not a hotel, a lot of services were not available or available for a price.

The apartment is spacious, clean and quiet. However, although the building has one reception, there is no agency representative in the building. Therefore, the check-in has to be done through an App or WhatsApp. I do not have a Brazilian mobile, had no internet, and could not use the building's wifi. Therefore, I was unable to check-in for a long while. Eventually, the front desk person checked in for me through her own WhatsApp. Unfortunately, it was late at night and very stressful. I had to work the next day, and the internet was beyond slow. I work European hours and at 5 am I wrote to the agency to ask them to do something about the internet; they said they would do something. From 5 am until the time I checked out at midday, I kept asking for help, and they kept saying they were going to do something. The agency did nothing, I missed a day of work, and by the time I checked out, no one had had the courtesy even to tell me that no technician was coming. I would have gone to a co-working space if they had said that. The agency's lack of customer service and interest made my stay very unpleasant and cost me a day's work.

There was no housekeeping included within your accommodations for the hotel piece as it seems as though it is tailored for locals to stay long term. I had an incident requiring housekeeping to assist with and they shared it was not available. I had to purchase my own cleaning supplies to attend to the situation. Beautiful property but just be ready to get your additional supplies if you run out of towels or soap. Additionally the water was initially soiled I guess from maintenance working on plumbing before I got. It eventually cleared up

Very nice place with large rooms and secure entry to the property. The only downside of this hotel, is the horrible WIFI. This was my 2nd time staying here and the WIFI has not improved at all and nothing was done to correct the issues. If the WIFI was functional would consider to stay here every time I come to Sao Paulo.

I was pleased with the location, staff and size of rooms.
