Great hotel. Great staff. Good breakfast. The only small negative comment I have is the bathtub needed new caulking.

Clean room, wonderful staff, good breakfast and kids had fun with the waterslides. Need to do a bit of maintenance in rooms, example, wobbly table beneath the tv. time to upgrade some furniture.

The room was mostly clean. There was a stain in the carpet and it seemed crusty. The sound on the televison didnt work. and when I arrived I was given the wrong keycards so i ended up having to go back down to reception to get the cards re programmed.

The staff was very helpful after a long day of driving.

Very clean, remodelled hotel rooms with excellent staff. Breakfast was good with eggs and fresh pancakes.

Room was great. We had requested a particular room and it was available. Nice to have coffee and a we bit to get us on the road for our busy days.

Omelettes and pillows

Hotel is nice, nothing fancy but well kept. Room was standard, but the pull out sofa was so small and not comfortable at all. My son slept on the couch as it was better than the pull out bed. Overall it was ok for one night.

From check-in to departure, the staff were very friendly and accommodating. I requested and received a late checkout. The breakfast staff ensured all foods were well stocked, both hot and cold, and tables were wiped down promptly. The room was clean and spacious, with comfortable furnishings. The hotel was quiet and in close proximity to shopping, casino and Southern Alberta Medical Clinic.

Everything was very good. The rooms were clean, beds were comfortable. No complaints. Breakfasts were generally very good with a nice selection to choose from. The staff were all very helpful and pleasant.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff was great - I was introduced to the Head of Rider Nation (Medicine Hat Chapter). 😂

The staff were excellent but the noise and vibration from a building system were terrible! Thankfully they moved us to another room.

Staff were very friendly and great to deal with. Property was clean. Only one elevator though so takes a bit of time if there are a lot of people.

Good hotel for the price. Happy to have 2 beds plus the hide a bed. Bit older of a hotel. Tiny bathroom. Would always love earlier morning pool hours
