Clean room

Bathroom exhaust fan make noise, and the shower water mixer not working properly the water changes suddenly from worm to hoot ad suddenly goes to cold by itself, there is a smell of mariwanna every were and some bed bugs found

Location good. Upkeep of the rooms could use work.

Staff good but older tv in rooms not working properly

They topped up thier pool every morning, I love that the pool was not heavily chlorinated. very clean and a nice place to stay, besides some of the "drug users" screaming at 5 am... besides that it was a very pleasant stay!

Good property for short term /weekend stay.

Corridors had awful smell

Room stank of cigarette smoke and when we started the AC it was even worse. Very noisy at all time of the night.

Smelled really bad and it really badly needed a renovation all over the hotel Poor as it got couldn't be worse.

The room was clean and larger than I expected. The nightstand was a little rundown and the door at the top of the stairwell was quite loud when it opened. Otherwise, a good stay overall and I would stay again if I end up in the area.

We had a wonderful stay. Staff was helpful, the pool was great and the room was clean. We even had dinner at the restaurant. The food was delicious. Will definitely stay here again.

Lots of parking. Lobby was okay. Woman working the front desk was pleasant and helpful. The room was spacious, and clean but dated. The hallways smelled strongly of cigarettes. Pool was small and clean. I believe there are a number of people living here long term but everyone was respectful. Nice breakfast in the morning with all the basics.

I don’t normally complain but this “hotel” is beyond REPULSIVE! My suspicions about it being a homeless shelter were confirmed in the morning when I saw a Salvation Army Emergency van outside with clients. I was trying to desperately reserve judgement, even after I removed boogers from the wall beside the sink, but lost my mind when a bed bug crawled over me while my daughter and I were sitting on the bed. I provided a photo of the bug to the desk person who was very apologetic. Yes, they refunded my money. No, the manager has not yet contacted me though I have even phoned the Wyndham head office in the USA. I explained that the fact that it is being used as short term housing for homeless individuals should be disclosed as I NEVER would have stayed there, especially with my daughter!!! We had to pack up and leave immediately as we were so disgusted, and had to find a new hotel, check in, and finish getting ready for the wedding we were about to attend within 1.5 hours! Furthermore, we are praying that the bed bugs haven’t hitched onto our belongings! My entire weekend has been ruined as I was to visit my extended family at a cottage reunion but didn’t want to spread these bugs. This should NOT be a Wyndham property. Advertising is false. We were afraid for our safety in the morning upon realizing what this hotel actually is, apart from the bed bugs and the general filth. I am seeking further Wyndham compensation!

If you just need a bed and a room you can lock, this is the place for you. But if a roadside motel is not your jam, carry on! It's been a long time since I was in a motel that stank of cigarette smoke, but this one brought back all kinds of memories. Breakfast was a banana, fruit loops, counter eggs, or waffles (until the machine broke and they ran out of syrup). Beds were fine. Shower worked and if you 'bap' the microwave just so, it worked as well. Overall, the wifi was functional and this motel gave me a safe place to stay for the week. I am thankful for the budget room. Pub attached to this hotel has SUPER REASONABLE pricing and delicious food!

It. Was good, I did not urs the pool. For the short stay it was acceptable very good.

The room was lightly cleaned, meaning only clean beddings, towels, floor was mopped and maybe some surfaces were wiped down a bit. Walls, baseboards, washroom faucets were not cleaned and the shower curtain was stained. One of the two AC units was leaking as well as the fridge. The pillows were old and hard, like a sack of potatoes. First night it was difficult to sleep in such conditions. I understand that they can't offer anything better so I didn't even bother to ask. In general it felt like social housing building not a hotel or even a motel also, due to some people smoking in the hallway and the stairs. We spent 3 nights there. After the second night I asked a receptionist to get us more towels because it was 5 people and we got only 3 sets of towels and, to mop the floor because our toddler made some mess. So, we got it done before the noon. We had no time to sit and have a breakfast but we would come and grab some waffles and eggs, cereal and coffee. There were no meat choices available at all. Not even breakfast sausages.

Find something else.

The washroom wasn’t clean, breakfast was just oatmeal and bagels.

The staff were fantastic, the food from the pizza/pub next door delicious, and the location ideal walking distance from many great restaurants. The hallways reek of smoke, there were people sitting in the parking lot all day and night, and the room maintenance has not been maintained so no level of cleaning (which was well attempted) could have made that room truly clean. The reviews were right, there’s a reason the room is significantly cheaper from others in the area.

There was a problem with the room we were assigned. The staff quickly rectified the situation by giving us another room across the hall, so we didn't have far to move our belongings.
