I booked two nights because it had a pool and was close to Diggerland with my family. Thé pool was so cloudy and gross I was afraid to go in it. My bed sheets were stained and i felt a crawling feeling sleeping in there. After going to the park for the day i came back at 5:00p and no one had cleaned the room and it took me forever to find someone at the front desk to get towels Thé breakfast was typical bit I had an old man yelling at me because i doubled up my coffee cup because it was so hot . We left that night and bever stayed thé second night. I would’ve loved a refund

Nice place to stay at after leaving a wedding nearby.

Was charged twice, once on my debit card and once on my credit card. The debit card was just to hold the room and when I checked in I used a credit card. I was charged on both.

Staff was excellent!

Room was clean enough but wear and tear is clear. Ice machine stuffed with trash, dirt in corners in hallways, lobby floor not mopped etc.

I liked the location, quietness and the up keep of the room. I didn't like that housekeeping tried to enter my room. I had a later check out and it wasn't communicated.

The Hotel is not maintained very well. The entrances had trash and other personal items on the ground everyday we stayed there. The floor in the main lobby didnt look like it had beed cleaned or mopped in a few days. The free breakfast was not very good or appetizing. It just seemed the hotel was run down. I stayed there about 3 years ago and it was much better.

Dirty place , bad water pressure

The agent at front desk asked me not to make “mess in the room.” Someone tried to break open my room at night
