Room was not cleaned thoroughly, no breakfast, no ice bucket or facial tissue.

I booked this place with breakfast included, but upon arrival, no breakfast was provided, and the description did not match the actual situation

Only two Vending machines. Drink machine was broken. Snake machine was almost completely empty

First room we were in had bedbugs. Second room we were in the bed had a dip in the middle of it. The water pressure for the shower was horrible. Definitely needs a remodel. The walls had cracks in it.

Very old and dated place. Scary feeling. Bed was worn in. Not comfortable at all.

first room would not open. second room had no working lights, third room opened and had lights. It also had plenty of bugs crawling around the room. A very dirty carpet, sheets with cigarette burns and no remote for the tv. Breakfast was coffee, instant oatmeal and cereal bar.

1st room on 2nd floor had 7 roaches to be exact got moved to 1st floor nicer room

They need more people to check rooms during checkout time

Roaches everywhere. Some dead & stuck on wall or inside mini fridge. Some alive & crawling around. Some rooms don't have microwaves that they advertise that are supposed to be include with your room stay. Mattresses are stained with gross things. They just cover up with a mattress protector. It was a very gross & disgusting sight that welcomed my family for our paid hotel stay. I will not be using this Hotel chain ever again.

Light bulbs missing, toilet tank would not fill in middle of night, sink in bathroom took 5 minutes to drain, tv didn’t work. Had to go to check in at 6:00am to get another room so we could use bathroom. Coffee was very weak, only breakfast bars and oatmeal packets, no milk. Unfriendly desk staff. I travelled 12 years for work, this was the worst motel experience ever!!! Can I get a refund?

Would stay here no more not worry the money the hotel room had a smell to it seem bedbugs on my pilllow case on my side of the bed towards the window. The Front desk clerk man was very nice and show us alot of respect . We got a room here cause we where both tried and we have a long way to drive back to get back home to Nyc..

The room was not clean. Hairs in the tub,stains on the bed cover and found roaches behind the refrigerator. It desparetly needed an overhaul . The "breakfast" ran out by 6:45 am. Worst is the price. It was about $180 after fees and taxes. I've stayed at a number of Super 8's but will not again. The only saving grace was a friendly staff.

Bathroom wasn’t clean at all. Grime in the Bath tub and toilet was pee all around. Roaches everywhere.
