We were only there for a short time but the facilities were very good! Would have liked to have used the indoor pool!

The hotel and staff were great. Only complaints are: four towels for three people. Two of the party members were female and use two towels each. The other issue is how noisy the room was or the guests. Not the hotel issue as much as clientele.

We were in town for a dance competition so I was traveling with 2 children. The staff were welcoming and just really friendly in general. The check-in was quick and easy and the room was perfect. They provided a bunch of breakfast options in the mornings we were there so there was something for each of us. It was a little tough with the parking but that was understandable with several big events going on in the area. We would definitely stay here again, especially for the price we paid versus the comfortable and safe stay we had.

Hotel was clean. Staff was friendly and courteous. Only complaint was being in a room next to the exit door. Heard the door slam every time someone came in or out.

Hotel was clean. Easily accessible to surrounding areas. Hotel looked to be recently remodeled. Indoor pool looked clean and well kept.

The motel/hotel was extremely fine. It's just a very, very, very busy traffic area. As I wasn't here for shopping, the very close mall did not get visited.

From the time me and my wife checked in it was a great experience. The management was great! The breakfast in the morning was good and fresh! Convenient to Westgate Mall. I would recommend this location to all my friends.
