Our hotel stay was very good. The pillows were much too soft so it was difficult sleeping. But otherwise it was very good.

The toilet in our room was plugged and the man at the desk said he would call maintenance that was at 10:30 am. We came back from shopping it still wasn’t fixed it wouldn’t flush. Then finally at 7:30 pm I asked for another room and he said he’d try get us a new room and after I had said we can’t even flush he gave us a new room. Very sad that it took all day and at fist he never believed me till he came himself. Just not impressed with the Hilton hotels.

Very clean!! Toilet paper holder is behind a person , so took off so I could reach it better!! Like it very well there. Wish had known the pool and hot tub was not running due to waiting on parts. Otherwise, very comfortable😀😀

I booked a REGULAR king room. We arrived mid-afternoon before most other guests checked in. I was given a king handicapped room, I do not like handicapped rooms. When I requested a switch, even though there were plenty available because other guests hadn't arrived yet, I was denied. This is even more infuriating because I am a Hilton Diamond member. We will NOT stay at this property again.

I was visiting with college dorm mates and attending UND hockey games (Go Sioux!, yup I still go old school). We had changes in our group and had to adjust room assignments and Hilton front desk staff were wonderful in accommodating us. We had breakfast on Sunday at their hotel restaurant. The waitress was a bit scatterbrained (kept forgetting items e.g., water, silverware, condiments). Tables were not set up for dining, I guess. She was kind enough to split the checks for a group of 8. She said they had a new computer system and it was easy to do. Sadly she charged the food to the wrong credit card. We just paid each other afterwards. The food was ok. My turkey sausage was room temp with a very cold center. The toasted English muffin was warmed slightly without any color change at all. The eggs (over easy) were perfect. We spent both evenings visiting in the lobby by the fireplace. Very nice.

I travel for a living and this was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with hotel staff. We were traveling from Western Montana when our brand new truck broke down outside of Dickinson. I called the hotel to inform them that it would probably take us until 3 AM to get there. They confirmed that I would have no issues checking in at that time and recommended that I check in through the app. While broken down, we checked into the app and picked a hotel room. We got to Grand Forks at 3:20 AM and when we got to the front desk to get our room keys Aziz the front desk employee informed me that he had no reservation for us and then tried to play it off like there was nothing he could do about it . After arguing for half an hour he finally confirm that he canceled our reservation and recorded it as a no-show because we were later than 3 AM… We had another negative experience later in our stay when we became trapped on the other side of the sky tunnel that is attached to the hotel. The employee simply stated there was nothing they could do for us and recommended a cab service. Also they don’t clean the rooms every day we stayed for five days and our room was cleaned once because we asked

I paid for the room on the hotels.com app and when I checked in I was told that I had to pay for the room. After paying again I called hotels.com and they said it was there fault and they would take care of it. Still waiting on the refund, not the end of the world but still annoying.
