Good one. I truly recommend it

Location is amazing but room needs little touch like smart tv screen and channels are boring .. Mattress needs to be comfy.. internet speed needs improvement Other than that is good

A well placed, quiet hotel that is showing its age. My room had a mirrored display case with nothing in it, a bathroom with a sink drain into the open floor, and a generally dated, but comfortable appearance. Breakfast was good, and the hotel restaurant was also good.

Great location, will visit again

Was ok for what I needed - a ond night stay for business. There wa rubbish in the bin when i arrived and i had a room adapted for disabled- even though I didnt require it - so no bathtub. Strange

Great location and breakfast

I stay here often for work , and normally rate it higher, but this time there wrre a few issues. The bathroom waste basket contained someone's discarded knickers - eugh right? - and id book a king size bed and got a twin. They wanted to charge me to check in a couple of hours early - fair enough as they were booked up, but when i asked to stay a couple of extra hours - and pay for this - i was refused!? Maybe this sloppiness was due to being busy, but i think definately have to improve or I'll be staying elsewhere in the future

The cleanliness and cleaning staff were amazing. Absolutely amazing. I was less thrilled about the lack of access to a washing machine giving Sweden’s lack of laundromats and the exorbitant fees of dry cleaning services.

This is a large, business type hotel. Room was quite nice; a/c worked well enough; breakfast selection was great. We asked for our room to be cleaned on our 2nd day - a Tuesday. Scandic is another chain that has done away with automatic daily room cleaning post-Covid. Shrink-flation in action! Despite our request, the room hadn’t been cleaned when we returned at 16:00. We helped ourselves to fresh towels from a cart and had them send up toilet paper. When we complained to the front desk they claimed the room was still scheduled for cleaning - what had their staff been doing all day? This is also the company which charged us 150SEK, per their co. policy, for an early check-in at 14:30, rather than 16:00. This despite the fact that the room assigned had already been cleaned and was sitting empty. They apparently prefer to have all their new guests standing in line to check-in at 16:00 each day. Sadly, this is our second Scandic Hotel, of 3 on this trip. The first had issues too. Let’s hope the third time is the charm and we actually have a decent experience.

Very good staff spoke English and very helpful and polite

Check in desk was amazing, one woman in particular was always friendly and frequently greeting everyone with a “good day” or “welcome back”. The bar and restaurant staff were not as pleasant. They had their friends showing up and they would sit and talk with them and give off a very off putting attitude.

WiFi was terrible. I couldn’t make one proper phone call. Room condition was very good. We didn’t use any of the facilities apart from breakfast. Breakfast was great
