room was OK, kids bed was essentially a mattress on the floor… heating in room didn’t work. not many plugs around room- there was literally two plugs & one of them was for the tv. there was hair in the bathroom, on the walls & in the bath. shower curtain was dirty.

Felt that it was a bit wrong to charge £5 to park in the motel grounds overnight when we were staying there. Where else were we supposed to park!

Staff were rude, we needed an extra pillow at first we were told there were no spare pillows in the whole of the hotel, then we were told it would be brought to our room in 20 minutes. We never received the extra pillow. The walls were paper thin could hear people talking all night then next doors alarm at 6am. Breakfast was a disaster all the food was cold and not nice! Would never stay here again.

Breakfast was good, dinner took a long time and was underwhelming. Reception staff were great but there was an odd smell in the halls. Was impressed with the room and the shower nearly knocked me over but if it's not hurting it's not working.

My room is disgusting. The air-conditioning machine that’s meant to warm the room up stuck on cold they would not give me another room. They offered me a blanket. It’s Duncan Mount very disappointed.

Avoid, avoid, avoid!
Rude staff, filthy bathroom, bedroom and mattress, broken toilet seats, broken down beds, mold...
We left after one (terrible night) and are awaiting an apology and refund.

Hotel was clean and tidy. Staff where helpful apart from night receptionists asked for another pillow and got told there wasn’t any in the hotel

It was totally terrible. Rooms was atrocious got a new room and those fees under the bathroom door and the tissue holder in the bathroom was broken still soap in the shower from previous tenants was even cleaned out atrocious I want a full refund I can’t remember the guy at the desk’s name but he had me waiting for 10 minutes saying hello and hello over and over again after we came to the front desk and I know you could hear me because the room was right next to the front desk appalling I told him the new room that he gave me was floating and disgusting. He told me what do you want me to do? I already gave you a new room so rude and out of order I could even stay I had to leave.

The only problem we had was the shower was red hot and couldn't turn it down, we reported it to reception and they said they will fix it,the secnight it still wasn't fixed,very dissatisfied with the lack of response.
