Staff and service are excellent as they prioritize the guests. The place is a bit dated and requires upgrades, but the management is already working on it. Service in the restaurants is a bit slow---waited 40 min to get desert and never received it in the end as they ran out of ice cream. Buffet is excellent. Also, we attended during Easter, and the show and food organized by Kids club was superb! Great job!. For kids to play with live bunnies was the cherry on top.

We had a great time. The resort was beautiful and the staff was friendly and heblpful. Good food too. Would definitely recommend.

The hotel was amazing we really had a great time here and also our butler Mr. Edwin we was very good at his job very helpful respectful and professional we really recommend him and also the hotel best experience ever.

Juan was amazing. Having him to guide us made our first visit stress free. He went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and convenience.

The property was extremely well maintained and had great options for pools, food and places to spend your time while you were there, the rooms was very nice and very well maintained. Edwin was an awesome help, got us setup with dinners for the evenings and checked in every day even when he was off to be sure we had everything we needed to relax and enjoy the property.

The resort itself was very nice, but there is a need for more staff. Compared to the resorts we have visited in Mexico Grand Palladium is definitely understaffed. If you’re on the beach and don’t mind walking 1/4 mile in either direction to get a drink, or some food, then this would be a place for you. There is also little to no staff to serve you while at the pool. It is impossible to get a reservation at any restaurant for parties over 2, but thanks to Biki, she was able to help us out. If it wasn’t for her assistance, we would have never eaten at any restaurant. She is amazing. Also, Susana, Claudia, and Diego were amazing at the lobby bar area. The food in the Behique Buffet was not very good and the service was slow. The beach area was not maintained very well and the chairs needed some cleaning. There was also no one out there from the hotel. All in all it was a nice trip, but those in my group all agree that we don’t plan on returning.

A family recommended this property and I was disappointed. The facility is in need of an upgrade, no elevator, impossible to get reservations for our family of 6 at the restaurants, the food lacked, our “butler” was of no use and the pool area had lack of staff. On a positive note the staff at the bars in the pool/lounge area were fantastic.

This was a superb experience indeed. The property staff are polite, courteous and very helpful. Mr Edwin who checked me into the property when I arrived is an excellent host, and kind and very respectful young man. He made many worthy suggestions for where to eat and places to visit and events to attend on the property. The facility is clean, beautiful and safe. Sweet memories for me.

Edwin was absolutely fantastic. He was like a friend. Had everything ready for us and we were treated like family. Could contact him anytime and he had it ready without issue. Absolutely love him and can’t wait to see him again!

Edwin was excellent with us. He looked after us throughout the whole stay at Grand Palladium. He also kept his promise to do something special for my daughter’s 16th birthday. My family and I had an amazing time and definitely coming back again. I will tell all my relatives and friends about Grand Palladium. Gonna miss you guys!!!

The staff were very kind and welcoming. Our room cleaning was the best. Jose Luis took such good care of us. He really went above and beyond. Edwin checked on us everyday and was so helpful for all our needs. The beach access was beautiful.
