Older large hotel looks like it was at one time very nice. Staff were all friendly, courteous, and helpful. Dated rooms, no plugs for usb, beds were comfortable and nice bedclothes. Room was very clean and lots of pillows. Buffett, not self serve, breakfast was very good. The pancakes and french toast looked delicious, but no sugar free syrup. The buffett staff were very pleasant and hard working. The guests talked loudly in the halls till after 11 and were up and talkingludly and letting doors slam at 6:15. Our alarm was set for 8, but we gave up both days because that and the creaking from people walking in the room above us kept us from being able to sleep. We loved the staff and cleanliness, bu the property needs a lot of updating. There was a bench and seating outside, but they were all broken. You cold tell it had a lot of potential. .

Convenient location, friendly staff, good room service, decent breakfast

The staff was incompetent at the first attempt to check in. Tried charging and additional $130 to pay at the property instead of online. I had to have Expedia call and straighten them out…. Next issue was the room was very run down and in desperate need of some maintenance. The tv did not work, and there was nobody at the front desk to talk to, waited over 15 mins and nobody showed up. The day before I was scheduled to check out, I came back to my room to find the door was left open by the housekeeper. Needless to say, I left that night. Overall a terrible experience

No comfortable chairs to sit in.

Is a decent place for proximity to Yellowstone. Beds adequate. Breakfast was lacking, eggs tasted powered.

As an older hotel it was clean and convenient to our objective. We did like the offered a full breakfast buffet to guests. The staff was polite. The only down side is it is not very handicap convenient as there are no elevators and if you stay on the second floor you have to take stairs which is harder on someone with bad knees and a bad back. Overall we enjoyed our stay there.

This is a good no frills hotel to stay at while visiting Yellowstone. They offer a good buffet breakfast served by attentive staff. Close to the park and within town shops and restaurants.

It was clean and well staffed. The breakfast was very good. The back patio to walk to the back rooms were not well maintained. And odd steps to go into hallways. I tripped twice but did not fall. It needs to be repaired. But the room was fine and everything else good. Price was fair for the area as well.

Conveniently located just 10 mins from the west Yellowstone gate. Restaurants available near the property. The complimentary breakfast is one of the best in this property. Staffs are friendly , polite and nice. Ample space for parking your vehicle.

Breakfast was okay. Rooms are definitely pretty old and simple. Just know that the beds are very firm. Service was good though.

The beds are wonderful, and the free breakfast was delicious. Every staff person was kind and helpful. We would definitely stay there again.

My only complaint is the walls are thin. You can hear everything. But it's an older updated hotel. It's to be expected. Fingers crossed that the noise settles down It's still early

Hotel offered everything we needed

Front desk seemed overwhelmed with simple requests. Hair conditioner was "on backorder." So, none in our room.​ Shower didn't have hot water. Some warm water, but not hot. Actually, mostly cold. We stayed here because the location was excellent and the price was low, but would pay more for a more comfortable stay. We don't plan on staying here again.
