The hotel is family owned. They are sweet hearts!! So nice and friendly but, the condition of the property is not good. Luckily! My family and I just stayed one night. The bed had dead bugs, bathroom was molded and dirty. The room smelled moldy.I understand it must be hard to upkeep such a property but, I rather sell it than have it in such deplorable condition. We paid $200 for the night but, room worth $ 45 motel price. I've stayed in Quinta Inn but this one was unlike others. So sorry...

Great Service

I only stayed here because every hotel was booked up due to FSUs graduation. This place needs to be knocked down and they need to start over. You can see that they recently tried updating the place, but it was with little effort. The disgusting caulk around the bath tub literally made wasn't to vomit. 20 year old microwave, truley worn beds, and windows that are taped shut are only a few of the problems. Giant potholes in the parking lot, smoking smelling rooms and, just an overall sketchy property. Also, it's under the Wyndham name. That made me a little more comfortable when selecting it online, but boy was I wrong. I guess it's just a paid affiliation Brevard I've NEVER seen a Wyndham property in such poor condition. So yourself a favor, spend your money elsewhere. The family that works there was nice, but the property itself needs to be knocked down and rebuilt.

Property was big but not landscaped to entice business. Some what old and run down but appeared working on updating

The property is not well kept. It is dirty/smell. Our room smelled so bad we had to go purchase air fresheners so we could stay there thank God we were only there for one night. It is in a great location near the highway but they need to do better. I usually do not give reviews but this is the worse experience I had so far. I have stayed in La Quinta Inn before but this one was different.

never were told elevators were out of service. dirty sock next to bed smelled like stale smoke price gouged because of graduation $400 would've left but we got in very late, non refundable

Units were sadly in need of an update. Ends to furniture units missing, very grubby paintwork. Shower controls were loose and the whole wall (I think it was plasterboard) moved when you operated the control. Only good things were clean sheets and towels. Very disappointing as it was not cheap.

Older buildings, bathroom smelled musty maybe due to possible mold.

Will not lodge here again, although the area is convenient as a stop for long distance travelers. Broken blinds, inoperable remote controls, lack of hot water are just a few of the inconveniences experienced as a guest of this location.

The bathroom was dirty. The “ clean towels” had black stains on them. The fist room I had smelled of smoke. The second room smelled of old housing/mildew. The floors I couldn’t walk on without shoes. The outside area was very dirty. The vending machines were filled with spider webs and smelled of urine. The ice machine had scum and dirt. Overall the stay was below subpar. I will not be staying at this location again.

The property doesn't look like the photos. The air didn't work, and there was roaches.

This property needs a major remodel and better cleaniness.

I was grateful for the price. For $76 usd a night, my only expectation for the hotel is a somewhat clean bed and a functioning bathroom. The latter was not provided. The toilet was not working. Brought the issue to front desk, told me there was nothing that could be done. The good thing is, the hotel and service was so horrible that it motivated me to get a better job and go back to school to get my degree so I can afford to stay at better hotels.

Dirty and noisy

I came back to the hotel room at night after being out all day to find my door wide open. I then discovered there were multiple doors open. I had 2 rooms and I knew another couple that had a room as well and their door was open. Upon telling the front desk, who didn’t seem to care, he just said it’s okay, it’s okay. He said the painter painted our doors and he’s supposed to be out there watching them. But he was no where to be found. Personally I think if I’m running a hotel I don’t have the painter paint doors of occupied rooms.
