Firstly, I was wrongly charged a tourist tax that, according to current regulations, should not have been applied. I thoroughly checked the rules, and my friends staying at nearby hotels were not asked to pay this tax either. This means the hotel staff collected a fee illegally. Unfortunately, it was impossible to address this issue because the staff did not speak English. In general, the hotel experience was disappointing due to the staff's lack of basic English skills. The restaurant staff were just as unprepared — it felt like I was the first English-speaking guest they had ever encountered. They couldn’t even understand or respond to simple orders like “coffee,” and insisted on speaking only Spanish. For a hotel that receives international guests, it would be highly beneficial if the staff learned at least basic English. It’s part of providing decent service to paying guests.

Wanted to stay in the norther most point of Zona G in Bogota. Hotel stay was excellent. Location was excellent. Hotel was located over a more trafficked road had higher levels of ambient noise due to this.

O Hotel é excelente, equipe prestativa e educada, especialmente Jorge na recepçâo, que conseguiu o early checkin e late checkout, ofereceram drink de boas vindas. A estrutura do hotel é nova, muito limpa, eles guardam a bagagem enquanto não pode entrar no quarto, ou se saiu e ainda não está no horário do vôo. O quarto é amplo, cama excelente, chuveiro muito bok com água quente e fria, até tábua de passar e cafeteira tinha no quarto e no meu havia uma pequena sacada com uma vista linda das montanhas ao redor. A localização tem restaurantes muito bons e o próprio café da manhã do hotel é excelente. Área segura e o bairro e a vizinhança são lindos.

Me gustó que era silencioso y muy limpio, punto a mejorar es en la atención en la comida, poco personal al momento del desayuno y el bufet no tiene mucha variedad

The staff at the hotel were very helpful. I was worried, because there was a mix up with the driver picking us up at the airport, but they bent over backwards to make sure we got to the hotel, and then to treat us to a beautiful snack plate to make up for it. The rest of our trip went smoothly and they were very helpful in arranging transportation and helping answer questions. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

I liked that the area is VERY safe and has a lot of good dining options at different price levels.

Pleasant first stay in Colombia. Hotel kindly arranged collection from airport, and Libardo also dropped us to Monserrate the next morning to take the funicular to the top. Hotel also served a good and varied breasts everyday and stored our bags for us after we checked out on our last day. The 1pm check out time was also great
