Clean, well sized room, nice breakfast, wonderful staff!

The customer service awesome front desk the man and the lady are very friendly and helpful, housekeeping work fantastic, very clean!!!

The hotel is fine in terms of most things. It says 3 star and that is what you get. However the location is terrible. You have to get a bus and a train to get to most places. We would have used local tacos but there weren’t any! We were given a contact of a chauffeur driven Mercedes by the hotel. Unfortunately it cost us 65 euros each way to go to aubagne which is only a few km away. It is in the middle of an industrial estate and we got the bus back one night but it was quite scary walking back in the dark as it’s not well lit on the 10 min walk back to the hotel. Wouldn’t stay there again.

The personnel (reception, maids) is fantastic. Best hotel ever (and I went to many hotels in my life). I didn't like one thing: I had to leave for the airport: from heaven to hell. This hotel, the service, the friendliness is second to none.

There was not air condition on the room. Because of that they offer a free breakfast. We ate only 2 times,the all time that we stayed at there. When I when to check out they wanted to charge me for breakfast. I got to argue with the gay not to char me. Was disappointed!!!!!

It was a short and good stay. We had a short drive to Cassis.

Stayed there whilst visiting Marseilles for the euros! Close enough for the football, far enough away to be safe and cheap! Lovely staff, couldn't help us enough!

2nd time I stayed here, and certainly not the last. Staff is friendly. and helpful. The rooms are nice, spacious and clean. Certainly worth the money.

I was looking for a pleasant overnight stay in this industrial area. What I found was very friendly staff, a very clean room without carpet (I often have allergy problems in rooms with dirty carpets) and a nice balcony. Breakfast was OK and certainly worth the price.

The hotel is an average to lower 3 star - it is nowhere near any decent facilities other than business - for a 1 night crash pad it is ok, anything else keep driving

Very poor, weak lighting in the room. The bed never got made, the bathroom was never cleaned. The location was far away from everything. "Buffalo Bill" was a tacky neighbor w/it's huge neon lights which shone into our room. Employees were friendly but unhelpful - could hardly speak or understand English. Were not at all knowledgable about boat trip in Cassis , nor was there literature in the hotel about that. It says in your brochure specifically that you have information about that excursian.

Hund springandes på frukosten var inte alls okej, sunkig badrum, dålig kvalitet på allt. Väldigt dyrt förhållande till skicket. Inte alls bra.

Hôtel tout à fait correct. Petit Déjeuner, impeccable. Dommage qu'il n'y ai pas de restaurant, même s'ils propose une carte extérieure.
