Room was renovated very clean and nice

Staff was super nice and friendly, the hotel room was clean but old and in need of some attention. It had multiple roaches, including on the fridge, we were afraid to open it. The hallways smelled of stale smoke and mildew.

Saw a few bugs in my room but great place over all

The room wasn’t that clean and the shower was either cold water or scolding hot.

There were 2 good things about this hotel - the view was excellent, and they were good enough to receive an important FedEx packet for me ahead of my stay. Everything else about this hotel was subpar. All of the furniture, right down to the front desk furniture, looked like it came from the Goodwill store. The check-in process was terribly slow. The bathroom was tiny. The pillows were lumpy and hard. And they charged me a $30 "amenities fee", which was not disclosed when I booked, which is a violation of Hawaii state law. And they were just the standard amenities that most hotels automatically include in the room rate. Would not recommend.

Would not stay here again. I booked a panoramic ocean room and was told at the front desk they don’t have ocean view rooms. When I looked up at the hotel, they clearly had rooms that faced the ocean. The rooms were extremely run down, missing locks, dirty stained carpet, ratty torn curtains, beat up furniture, hot room with a fan, loud AC, very noisy streets, bed like a rock. Did not feel safe and hotel staff made excuses for their hotel problems. Would not recommend.

The receptionist was amazing she assisted my stressed and jet lagged student daughter with kindness and patience. I will fully recommend your hotel for family ,friends and any company events. Wonderful rooms and facilities. Thank you jetlagged student daughter

The people here are very accomodating!

Location is perfect but the hotel is old and needs renovation. The beds are done good. The carpet is old and dirty. Bathroom got molds and mildew every where. Toilet bowl got molds. I need to buy toilet bowl cleaner, chlorox wipes to clean it so we can use the bathroom. The front desk needs customer service trainings...I told them the bathroom is dirty and told us since our stay is short we can't ask for a cleaner ...we just checked in Oh well, i just cleaned our room and deal with it since we are there for a bit.

Good stay close to the main walking street Kūhiō , and beach. But a bit out dated rooms are a bit run down but for the price it’s ok.

We had an absolutely wonderful time! Everyone was so friendly! Our room was upgraded to a king suite due to a booking error. Our views were the best, we could see the canal and the ocean from our lanai. With Diamond Head being the focal point. Absolutely perfect! When we visit again, we're coming back!
