Really nice clean hotel, in a quiet part of town

Very clean room, friendly and helpful staff especially at reception.

Front desk was friendly & welcoming. Rooms were fine, clean & comfortable. Location was quiet & easy to get to from town & train station.

No sleep for 2 nights. Walls are paper-thin so you can hear other guests in the corridor, in the adjacent rooms - conversations, snoring and bathroom business.

It is a little far from the Grotto and street where the hotel Is located is unlit. But the staff are very friendly and acvomodating!

Service was outstanding, room was clean and comfortable, location was short walks from all of Lordes’ sites and restaurants and shops. A quietly welcoming stay. Nice.

The staff and this hotel were exceptional. They communicated very timely giving exact directional information we were looking for. We highly recommend this place to anyone. We hope they will be happy staying here.

Lovely place. Very friendly owners and staff. We had breakfast as dinner at the hotel on different days and it was very good. Room was good. Separate bathroom and toilet, which was very convenient.

This hotel is a gem. It’s an easy walk to the Lourdes candlelight procession and churches. Make sure to take the elevator instead of walking the entire way! (Ask front desk to find out where it is :) ). Actual coffee cups in the rooms and fantastic bamboo toothbrushes! Breakfast was good and staff extremely accommodating and helpful. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Central, and not far from the Grotto, quiet area.

Hotel is easy to get to and close to the local restaurants. Pizza nearby was amazing!

They were very accommodating for our late 9:30pm check in and a very cheerful Thierry greeted us upon arrival. Their buffet breakfast was fantastic, their swiss cheese and ham on croissant was incredible. Lots of other choices, coffee was so good, i probably drank a whole carafe of it. Xavier was very happy to serve us early breakfast as we need to go out early for our trip to Toulouse and Barcelona. Can not say enough of this hotel. Great choice for us. Highly recommended.

Had a very enjoyable stay. Room basic, but very clean and comfortable. Would recommend and would stay here again.
