Excellent location, friendly staff, Fantastic free lunch and cooked to order breakfast. The bathroom is in need of an uodate but is perfectly serviceable. The owner is doing this.

This property was perfect for us. Close to the mall, buses, ski in/out and they serve breakfast & a small lunch included in price. We enjoyed the staff and the time we spent there.

We arrived @ the hotel after driving for 7 hrs. Checked in and was told afterwards that the main water line broke . No shower nor toilet for 24hrs!! unacceptable. The beds were not confortable and the hotel needs TLC. The only plus is the ski in/out. Wont go back there and wont recommend!

The hotel looked run down. The rooms were most certainly run down. No hot water in the morning. Internet was out for hours. Food was eatable but I’ve never seen maple syrup for gelatinous.

The property is conveniently located, and the staff was courteous and very helpful. It’s a great place for skiers.

The staff was top notch rooms are dated, but you were there to ski not to stay. Overall, we had a great experience.

The property itself is very dated as many other reviews have stated. The rooms were very noisey during the hours of 6am-11pm. We had our dog with us and were told that we’d be charged $100 for a barking. But when we got to our room, every dog was barking for a while it was hard to keep our dog calm. Not sure how you police that. All in all our trip was good here with a little ingenuity like some white noise. The breakfast was exceptional and staff were quite accommodating. Beds were surprisingly comfortable. I would stay here again.

This property offered a lot of nice amenities and excellent proximity to shopping and dining. We were pleasantly surprised to have a relatively large room and a balcony! Breakfast was very nice too.

El lugar perfecto para ti y tu familia, todo está cerca o mejor dicho en frente para actividades de Ski ,accesible para salir a comer a tan solo dos minutos , está el mall justo enfrente ,tiene la mejor vista y servicio. Son muy amables … no sé si encontré una oferta por black friday pero los costos también muy accesibles. Y lo mejor de todo ,hablan Español también.

Ubicación del hotel

Si está barato a comparación de otros hoteles pero había una muchacha que trabaja allí que tenía tremenda mala actitud con migo y me dijeron que no podía dejar el perro adentro de la habitación porque ladraba y yo pagando por tener perro allí

Walkable and easy access to ski, restaurants, shopping area.

Great stay. Hopefully there will be more resto around it.
