Room next to ours was super loud and noisy at 3:30AM. We called the night front desk to clear the room next door. Some of the loud guests returned. Very poor sleep overnight. In the morning front desk manager only pay for our parking of $28; he said b/c we paid via Hotel.com, there is no discount or compensation. Day manager said the loud party was "reunion" party and apologized. However hotel assignment is a hotel responsibility, I would like Hotel.com to compensate me for this terrible experience.
