staff were very polite and courteous. Receptionist Arjay was pleasant to deal with when we checked in . Very accommodating to the requests.

Great friendly hotel

The staff is really nice, definitely the best part of stay. Room was clean and comfortable but a bit dated, especially bathroom. Overall hotel was a great experience though.

All rooms it was to small

Generally everything was good. Jacuzzi broken and access to comcast not available. Our room did not have side tables beside the king size bed. The staff were friendly and helpful but were not able to do anything about jacuzzi, comcast or side tables.

Staff allowed us to check in early and park at the hotel so we could change and hit the slopes. Thank you so much!

I love that it’s a small boutique hotel right in the heart of Whistler. It would be great if the furniture in the suites got an update

The staff were super, room was comfy and the hotel is really close to the lifts. Great value! Would def come back.

Great location, but no parking available on site. Clean room, but there is a strong smell of wet paint. This is the most concern as a guest, really disappointed.

Very clean room, very accommodating staff. The only issue is that the lobby is difficult to navigate (diffucult to access elevators) when the ice room is opened and guests are waiting

Pleasant staff and amenities

The room was clean, the staff were friendly, the bed was Comfortable, the location was good.It's an older unit and and shows it places but still was a pleasant place to stay.

Beds not as comfortable as they used to be. Otherwise service was excellent and it was clean.
