Last minute stay. Can not say enough about the property and staff. A One and Only experience that made us a resort fan.

This property is simply magical and the staff is amazing….so kind, attentive, and happy. Many families have been working at the resort for generations and it shows. We have always been adverse to kids clubs because it felt wrong to send them away inside on a family vacation but my girls, ages 6 and 8, loved it so much. They were wonderful with the kids! They have an activity/craft every hour so for example, they’d make candles at 10 am for an hour while we went to the adult pool, then go back at 3 pm to make piñatas. This resort is a splurge but I would rather stay 3-4 nights here than 8 nights somewhere less expensive. The experience is top notch and worth every penny.

This property is unbelievably unique in that it is surrounded in meticulously lush landscaping in such an otherwise arid environment. It is so beautifully maintained that you feel transported to paradise each time you step out of your room... which is also beautifully appointed. Difficult to say what I don't like about the property but it is likely going to need some cosmetic updates in the coming years.

Beautiful location and some exceptional staff members. Room was fine (dark, leak from shower, older bathroom) but not great compared to Montage or Las Ventanas. Food was generally very good but pricey even based on other similar resorts. Overall, older property with an incredible location, very good service but feeling its age. Also lots of kids (it was spring break), this is a great property for families especially with breakfast included.

This place is a 10 and the service is excellent. If I had to give any feedback, it would be the Fishing trip they arranged was not good and I know Fishing and their is a system where everyone goes to the pool early in the morning to throw magazines and reserve chairs, which I think is not a great policy. But again overall, this place absolutely great.

Nice resort. The food and beverages are very expensive! Seared restaurant was not as expected. Quite disappointing

Beautiful, exceptionally well run property. Fantastic staff. Excellent restaurants / food. Nice beach, gorgeous pools (but Golf course only ok). Spectacular grounds.
