Not a great beach, staff people were rude. Food and drinks were horrible. Won’t come back

My husband and I have been to a few other all inclusives in other places and we were excited to try something new, but didn’t know what to expect. This ended up being our favorite by far! The privilege package made it worth it and the honeymoon suite we got was amazing and had its own hot tub on a private patio. I would say the upgrade is what made this worth it. The Japanese and Privilege restaurants were our favorite, but a lot of great options at the others. The beach and property were what made this place stand out! The water was the clear and warm and doesn’t slope down, yet gradually gets a little deeper. Loved that everything on the property was walkable without feeling too close or too far, and it was gorgeous. Would definitely recommend staying here!

This was our first trip out of the country and i couldn't have been happier with our choice in resorts! The staff is amazing, the finer dining restaurants were fantastic and the buffet was great. The bartenders kept you with a cold drink all day! Planning our return next year!

The resort next door gets very loud on certain evenings. Avoid building 37 which is right next to that resort. Loved everything else about the resort. Staff is wonderful Margarita is very helpful, kind and trustworthy. Kendall is da BEST!!! Entertainment is AWESOME!! I would recommend!! Hoping to come back someday!!

We had a great time! Resort was clean and well taken care of!

I recently travelled with my family here and we had a great time. The staff were friendly and helpful, and there were lots of activities to do throughout the day. The only frustration was not being able to book reservations in the restaurants ahead of time. For the teppanyaki restaurant we would have to go at least 30 minutes before opening to wait in line and to book a reso and the 2 times we tried they were booked up. If you’re a privledge member you could book ahead of time which took up most of the spots. We happened to luck out one night while dining in the sushi part of the restaurant and some people no showed their reso and we got to take their spots. You always had the buffet that was great though. Otherwise this was a great resort!

The food was a disappointing for tge type of hotel and options wasn't as great the drinks was not as gooe either commercial drink mix not naturally make

The staff was genuinely friendly and helpful. As an adults only resort it offered a nice get-away.

Hotel staff were amazing, I planned a surprise engagement thought the concierge & they were very responsive. Dining was also fantastic, we really enjoyed the food Overall would recommend!

I had a lovely time! Best for me: water aerobics and pina coladas, spa (Lupe!!) Worst, the tour excursion experience (not sure if sponsored by the hotel) they ripped us off, they knew the tour would be canceled and forced us to sign a contract saying they had offered us a replacement when it was not an equal replacement.

I went there for a girls trip (3 people) and we all had a fabulous time! The food options at the buffet were diverse and tasty! Blue Moon French restaurant was fantastic! Grounds were clean and so relaxing! The room air conditioner was making noise sol the handyman fixed it in a timely manner. By far, the best part of the trip was the entertainment team! Kenddell, Viridiana, Moises, Oswyn, Carlos, and Margharita did a phenomenal job keeping the activities fun! Kenndell you are so talented and kind! We miss doing aqua gym with you! We would definitely return because of that team!! Thank you for making our trip so special!

What a fabulous resort with the best staff! Loved the layout and all the restaurants. The food was amazing! Only recommendation is to provide more loungers as they are all reserved by 7 am and remain that way all day. Perhaps build an area behind the washrooms for More chairs?

We really enjoyed our week at this resort! Overall our experience exceeded our expectations. The food is amazing and there’s a great selection of restaurants. The rooms and common areas are always clean. The experience team is the best I’ve seen at any resort. Our only complaint was that there aren’t enough chairs around the pool. And it’s very tough to reserve a chair. There’s definitely room for another layer of chairs.

Fantastic week at OMR. Room was updated and great entertainment. Strong winds all week caused the seaweed to be bad by end of week but the staff worked tirelessly to clear. Very impressed.

First time ever going to mexico would highly recommend Ocean Maya Royale no complaints!
