The hotel is located in a good area, but the only issue was that the room service was closed at 10 p.m.

Absolutely LOVED my stay here!

I’ve stayed here several times over the past 15 years or so (I used to drive up from Boston during foliage season) and the last time I stayed was pre-pandemic (2019). It’s been awhile and obviously the property has changed. I was very disappointed w/ our first morning of room service where our drink orders were cancelled as if drinks weren’t available, but truthfully their POS system was down & they should’ve just been honest about that. I paid in the room with my card & they charged the room anyway. And the final straw was the cleaning team not taking the breakfast tray or take out bags the next day-leaving rotting food in our otherwise fully serviced room. That’s just odd and disgusting. When I called down to let them know that I placed the tray of breakfast & take out bags at our door to be picked up, they claimed they would send someone up to gather it. An entire day goes by and NOTHING WAS TAKEN. By evening, our neighbors put their McDonald’s bags out for pick up. Still, nothing over night. I call AGIAN and they claimed it will be picked up and was not for several hours! How gross! Did they expect guests to find a dumpster to place their own trash??? I’m an avid traveler (have been to 40+ countries in my 46 years on this planet) & grew up as such. I’ve never had this issue. On a better note, the terrace bartender was friendly, personable & welcoming. Thanks Carlito! The bartenders that relieved him and the server team were “meh” at best & inattentive at worst.

Fast and friendly check-in. Good variety of foods at breakfast. A self-serve coffee/espresso machine should be added. Great views. Comfortable bed. Fast elevators. AC worked. Good storage in room. Room well designed.

My friends and I loved the convenience of this hotel to Subway transportation being within the building. We found the concierge to be very helpful as it was our 1st time in Montreal. We loved the bar staff/food/drinks and were there at least twice a day! The rooms were good! Nice lighting with big windows. Bathrooms seem like they could use some updates but that would be my only criticism.

I found all of the staff at the hotel to be helpful, responsive, and quick to remedy issues. For example, I had forgotten to tell them when I checked in, that I'm allergic to feathers - down, particularly. When I realized my mistake, and told them, they fixed it immediately. The people who worked behind the bar in the restaurant were wonderful, too. A great experience. My room had the BEST view of Montreal!

Enjoyed the view of the park and Peter the Valet attended was fantastic and made us feel welcome. He recommended several great places to eat, and made our stay more enjoyable.

Excellent hotel. Hotel is up to date on technology and is super clean with a fine bar and restaurant. Gym facilities are great. Everything is amazing.
