Clean room, polite service

Was excited to stay here. Loved the look of the place and the set up. Only disappointment was the breakfast - low selection and no hot foods - guessing it was because not many guests but wish we would have known. Breakfast is big deal for us.

Very nice!

Toilet tank was broken off room seemed dirty not clean. Sink drain plug did not work properly. Saw small bugs in bathroom. Bed was way too soft and not firm.

The art for sale on the walls was a lot of fun to peruse

The hotel’s exterior signage requires adequate illumination, and the building’s exterior necessitates repairs and repainting. It is difficult to understand how this property has received an excellent rating.

Perfect location. Close to King's Island. My room was under $100. Clean. Check in was a breeze and the woman at the counter couldn't have been nicer. The breakfast far FAR exceeded any continental breakfast you'd get anywhere else. I had a waffle, cereal, coffee, juice, a banana, and yogurt. I will be back!

Everything from check in to check out was great. I believe at check in , Alisha, was on top of everything and made you feel like you were at home. The room was great..i was impressed by the lobby area where it was an open area and you could just sit and relax. Will definately stay here again when im in town for a little getawy

Over night was fine and comfortable. Breakfast not si good; rubbery eggs and sausage tasted like sawdust. Recommend yogurt or toast. EV charging was key!

Very nice accommodations for the price. Roomy, clean and comfortable room. Excellent assistance from the front desk attendant. Great breakfast. Will stay here for future visits.

The ceiling mold over the shower was likely unsafe and unclean. I wouldn’t think that room would be rented out until repaired. I take prescription meds for allergies and woke up with a sore throat and hoarseness. I can’t rule out that didn’t play a role in my sickness.

Beautiful and unique hotel with a French quarter flair. Extremely friendly staff with easy check in. Hotel and room was exceptionally clean and the hotel lobby smell was amazing. Beds were very comfortable. If we are ever in the area, we will definitely stay here again

Pool was not in operation, which was disappointing

I will never stay here again. I booked this hotel to use the pool but the pool was closed. The couch and carpet was very nasty. The maid service did a horrible job with cleaning the rooms. The tub was not clean, non of the lights worked.

Room 219 had electrical issues which were a safety hazard. The lamps, nor light over the sink near the bathroom worked, and I was told that they could not be repaired because of electrical issues. I was told that on the morning of day 2, May 25, 2025. The water in sink was extremely slow to go down drain, there was no shower gel in bathroom. I asked for some shower gel and did not receive any at all. The one desk staff (male) advised that he was coming to room on May 24, 2025 to check lights, sink, and bring shower gel, but he never came to the room. I had to complain the next morning. I was also told that I’d receive a discount for my visit with limited lights in my room. I didn’t receive any discount whatsoever. Needless to say, the visit was not pleasant.
