Nice room with beautiful view.

Great hotel. Friendly staff. Very clean room.

The room was nice and the staff were wonderful! Loved the restaurant in the hotel and the staff there were great as well!

Hotel was good, few complaints. But the area around the hotel has a lot of homelsss folks, so I worried about the security of our vehicle and contents.

I booked a room online for my niece. My niece couldn’t use the room because she was had already booked the room. I tried to change the room into my name, and they wouldn’t let me. It was booked through Expedia, and Expedia tried to help me Change the room name or cancel the room. I was gonna have somebody else use the room, but the hotel would not let me. This is terrible, I travel seven or eight days out of every month and I travel for years. It was a very simple thing that they could’ve done and they would not assist me.

Great place

The hotel itself was fine. A regular modest hotel but there is nothing wrong with that. The breakfast was good and the staff was friendly. Our one concern was the cleanliness of our room. There was pubic hair in the bathtub, black hair on the toilet and all throughout the towels, and there was a used eye contact on the phone. The bare minimum standard for me is to have a clean room, so this was completely unacceptable.

Wonderful service at front desk. Room was clean and bed very comfortable. Hot tub was very dirty, only real downside.

The staff were amazing, rooms were clean but the pool, hot tub, atm machine and one of the elevators were out of service for the full time of our stay. The hot tub and pool were the main reasons we booked our stay there
