Close to work

Will not stay here again. Dirt in a corners. Rude on phone. Charges for people to be in pool but not swimming.

Overall, a very nice property. The bed, however, is probably the worst I’ve ever experienced in over 30 years of business travel.

I was in SLC on business. We were meeting at one of the Hyatt Hotels. I booked the wrong Hyatt, and I tried multiple times to cancel and book the SLC Hyatt House. Your system would not allow be to change. I ended up staying at the Hyatt House, and I’m seriously not a fan of your system. Please refund my account. Thank you!

Room was very clean stuff was nice and helpful and the breakfast was good

Good clean nothing special. But a great, safe place, and clean place to lay your head. I would stay again.

This was short of 5 stars, for the simple fact that no one ever seems to be at the front desk. Initially when I arrived I had to wait like 10 minutes for someone to come out and help. Other than that it was a good stay here.

Was perfect for our needs

They had available handicapped parking right at the front entry, which was very helpful. The room was well equiped for my wife who had recently suffered a broken ankle and was on a scooter. The breakfast service was super, lots of options. The pools and exercise area was also a nice option, and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Comfortable beds

Clean hotel in good condition. Close to a selection of restaurants. A bit noisy in the evening. Crying baby and loud folks in the hall. Also some traffic noise. If you’re a light sleeper this is Not the hotel for you.

Great location near restaurants, stores, and activities! My partner and I came here on a trip for my birthday and we had a very pleasant experience! Breakfast was nice, room was spacious and clean, and staff was super friendly and helpful! Our only complaint was the bed, it was clean, but was a little bit uncomfortable as we both woke up with some back pain after sleeping on the bed. Other than that, this was an awesome place to stay! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area!

We were very happy to find that eventhough the property was older looking, it was clean and nice.
