Marriot did great in the renovations! Staff is always with a smile and ready to help out! Food delicious, beach not the best but we cannot do anything with mother nature!

Enrique at the lobby bar was the best! All staff very friendly and helpful.

I loved the citrus smell when you walk in to the building. The staff was amazing and very helpful!

Overall, we really enjoyed the resort. The kids loved it and had more than enough to do while we were there. The only minor complaint as with all inclusive resorts was the food. We didn’t enjoy the food at Mo’s or Casa Madre (service was horrible as well). I will say that the staff was amazing, and very accommodating so kudos to them! We would probably stay here again, but may skip a couple of restaurants.

This was hands down the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and cared for. They greeted us immediately, took our luggage, and directed us to the front desk where we met Marisol — an absolute angel. I explained that I was traveling with my children and needed two rooms close together, and she went above and beyond to accommodate us. She kindly asked if we were celebrating anything, and I shared that we were honoring my son’s recovery from leukemia and my daughter’s upcoming 18th birthday. To our surprise, during our stay, my son received a letter, candy, and a small toy from the resort congratulating him on his recovery journey. It was such a thoughtful and touching gesture — I was in tears, and my son was overjoyed. He even said, “Mom, this is the best hotel ever!” The food was incredible — we tried all of the restaurants and loved every bite. The entire staff was so friendly, helpful, and genuine. The place was spotless at all times, and our housekeeper even surprised my daughter with a towel folded into the shape of a birthday cake. It’s little things like this that made the experience unforgettable. The staff treated us like family, and I can’t thank them enough for making our trip so special. I absolutely loved this place and would recommend it 1000% to anyone. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Very nice experience!

Had a great 3 day relaxing trip. Resort was super. The Beach however was ok. Rocky and infested with seaweeds. But that is due to weather. Food and service was exvellent. From Hibachi to Izakaya, Seafood tacos from 1pm to 4pm. Will definitely go back!

Our experience was very underwhelming. I have been to other family resorts in cancun like royalton splash and planet hollywood. Marriott was very bad in terms of its quality. Pool water quality was very bad leading to rashes all over my baby’s body. No entertainment. 2 small pools. Only the food was little better. Overall experience wasn’t very great!

Wonderful stay!! The door men Fidel, Manuel, Jose were amazing! The food and room service food were great! Service is the best I have experienced at a resort or cruise ship. Just a very comfortable and top not. The coffee house and breakfast was amazing. Maria kept our room clean 6015! Best ceviche and grill tacos by the beach

Leonardo in Mexican Breakfast and Sandra who makes the omelet were the best. Made us feel at home. They are the friendliest out of everyone in that hotel. The rest, not so much. We left our passport in the safe and we were in the hotel for 3 hours, yet nobody told us. Had to go back from the airport and back.
