Amazing customer service and the indigo area is so much worthwhile

Absolutely beautiful property and very comfortable. Staff was incredible and not one person on the whole resort dropped the ball on anything. They sought to make things personal and strived to make our stay more memorable. Highly recommend for family vacation.

Another great stay at the Dreams Sapphire. This resort ticks so many boxes. It’s not overly large, easy to get around, lovely pool and beach, good food, awesome lobby bar, excellent drinks and lovely staff. It’s definitely showing it’s age in some areas of the resort.

We love the staff at this property!! Joe, Monica, and Omar from the entertainment crew were amazing!! The property is clean and everyone works so hard to make your vacation amazing.

Service was great, we loved our stay!

We had a really wonderful stay at this hotel. The property was beautiful with nice pools and a great beach. The food was delicious, with lots of options. The service is what stood out the most, all of the staff were so friendly, and they worked hard to provide the guests with lots of entertainment options and events.

When I first arrive I was told my deposit didn’t go through so my full amount was due I paid half of trip 3mths before date. Highly annoyed I also was not aware of preferred guest option this gives you access to adult only and certain other access. Resort doesn’t have a lot of dessert options the food was ok. I really loved the hibachi restaurant hard to get reservations but food and service was great. My son loved room service. I’ve been to a lot of resorts and I will say this wasn’t my best place to vacation.

Resort is great for family and just adults only. I would just make note that they really push marketing Hyatt, so if they offer you “gifts” or complimentary options if you attend a breakfast at another hotel, it’s all marketing related. But we did get a free spa, and free romantic dinner

Great trip.

Wow!!! Where do I start? The beach was littered with a hill of seaweed the water was murky. This resort doesn’t let you make reservations for the restaurants everything besides Hibachi is first come first serve. We basically ate buffet style all week because the lines and wait were insane. The pool area never has towels available. People hold chairs with multiple towels it’s ridiculous how you have to fight for a chair. The resort is pitch black at night when walking back to your rooms. The lighting is minimal. Doesn’t make you feel safe at all. The jungle like greenery around the resort is not well kept. The resort has these rodents similar to raccoons that run around near common areas. I did see people feeding these rodents so I know that makes it worst. They are gross and it’s alot of them. The furniture decor is extremely old dated. The sofas were visibly soiled and reminded me of antique grandma’s furniture. The pool staff are sweet & full of energy but please get them a microphone. They have to scream across the pool to get guest engaged in activities. It is difficult to understand and hear them at times. Resort kinda boring lacks thinks to do and energy. I would not recommend this resort to anyone.

We had a wonderful stay! The food was delicious, especially at the French menu a la carte restaurant. The spa experience was truly outstanding. The resort is very family-friendly with things to do for everyone. The only downside was the beach, which had a lot of algae, but the staff worked hard to keep it clean. Overall, a fantastic vacation spot!

The service was amazing! Really liked the indigo section, preferred club pool, and the rooms. The food was average and the ocean was not swimmable (unless you enjoy swimming in seaweed) due to seaweed. The Italian restaurant was my favorite. They had great entertainment and kids activities

Hugo was an awesome bartender! Super friendly and efficient! Also Isiah helped us out a lot during our stay, and guided us through out the week with the resort’s amenities! The resort itself is beautiful. But very small. We had to be up at 6am to reserve a long chair, and towels! And there were no umbrellas by the beach, which lead us to tan no more than an hour. The food and service was good! Overall rate it a 4/5 family resort :) I definitely recommend the INDIGO New Building! The rooms and view are to die for… not to mention the rooftop … we definitely fell in love with it.
