I general, the day shift staff are more knowledgeable than the afternoon staff. They are more joyous to deal with and helpful. When we arrived, I asked if there is baggage transfer to our next stop the immediate reply was negative. My wife feet was swollen so I have to find a way to have our bags transferred. This morning I asked the reception about the transfer and he said YES they do it. But efforts has been wasted if the reception knows the answer in the first place. We all know how a Camino hiker looks like so there should be no mistake

Lovely hotel located in the city centre. Clean and safe hotel. Parking was available for a small charge. Local places are within walking distances.

Location is best for the person who use train. It’s just next to the station. It’s also convenient to the historical area. The room is clean, breakfast is generous, staff was sufficiently kind to my requests.

The staff were very helpful and always willing to accommodate to your needs. 12 noon the cHeck out time also worked very well.

All in all, a disappointing stay. Bed was too short for one of us, and visibly yellow/brown dirty water ran from the shower for the first of us. In general the hotel is in dire need of upgrading. Quite unattractive and very worn decor. Not even as nice as the promotional pictures. Had to sit sideways to use the toilet as it was jammed into an insufficient space. Poor sound proofing too. We were woken numerous times during the night as other guests came and left and went to their bathrooms. Would not stay here again. Poor value for the price and what you get. The room was clean enough and the lady at reception was helpful.

It was good, the hotel feels kind of old. The breakfast was nice and the view from the top floor was great.

Receptionist was kind and very helpful. We appreciated that she spoke both in English and Spanish. There was a charm about the place. Perfect location from the train station.

Excellent hotel with very friendly staff. Booked within 10 minutes before arriving because of a dreadful pensión in same area that I decided not to stay at. This hotel was the same price as other accommodation booked on this site and which I was charged for.

The price is cheap, very quiet.

The ramp to the front door is approximately 45 degrees. Too steep to be useable for luggage and it would be impossible for a wheel chair. The location was on the “wrong” side of the river. All sites and the majority of restaurants were on the other side of the river. A plus is that it is near the train station which is also on the same side of the river. The hotel is somewhat rundown and could use an update. The bed was uncomfortable. Breakfast wasn’t bad and the coffee was good. Overall, if you are there to visit the city, the location is enough to make you pass on this hotel.
