Room was very small. Old, unlike the photo. Staffs were polite, internet broke down but they got it fixed.

Nice hotel, clean rooms, unfortunately the food is monotonous / no change and does not suit public taste, non japanese.

1. Reserve a room 5 months in advance, double room (2 people) Check in at 22.00 hrs. The hotel has good location, 5 steps away from subway. The room is not that spacious as any hotel room in Japan yet still comfortable and clean. The bed is spacious for 2 person. The air conditioner was not too cold for me.

The hotel is close to Subway, just outside the city. But entering the city, walking very far because the station is not the main station Opposite the hotel is Starbucks. The location is very good because near subway station. The room is small but clean and completely facility. I will stay here again if have a chance to Osaka.

Advantages: 1. The hotel is clean and tidy. Food is available in Western style. Japanese style (rice Saba fish, egg, sweet), bread, salad, etc. 2. Leave osaka metro subway, yotsubashi line exit2, turn left. See 7 & 11 and the hotel. 3. Leave the bag for free. 4. Stay in the area to find something to eat easily. Opposite to Starbucks. Disadvantages: List of repeated meals like this every day If many days can be bored

Although small but complete. It's worth the two of us in the same room. Near Higobashi Station, helpful staff. Inside the hotel there is a coin laundry. Not bad if anyone needs to wash clothes while in Osaka. To go to KIX, it's easier and cheaper to take a taxi to Herbis Osaka and just take the limousine bus to KIX. If I go to Osaka again I will choose this hotel again.
