Great place to stay. It was an emergency last minute booking and I was a little concerned with so little left it might not be a good place to book, but it was lovely. The staff was friendly, it was clean, it was a great location. Highly recommend for your stay in Santiago de Compostela.

Nice and pleasant

We enjoyed an overnight stay here. Close to the station (but uphill) very comfortable room, very clean. We arrived quite late and it was great to be able to get a drink and snack from the bar. We were able to store our bags there while we went to visit the cathedral. We didn’t have breakfast but it looked good with plenty of sliced ham and cheese, and good value.

This hotel was very cozy and with warm reception. Room is clean and the water pressure was amazing, but can be noisy at night due to other guests and/or traffic. It was hot and couldnt manage to make the arcon into cold air. Breakfast was very good. 10min from train station and 15min from town.

The staffs are friendly and helpful. I arrived to the city earlier than checkin time by a couple hours. They let me check in early after confirming the room is ready. The hotel is clean and bright and comfortable.

Staff were extremely helpful and very nice. The hotel listing incorrectly states that laundry service is onsite. This is not true. I struggled to get laundry done offsite since you compete for laundry service from local apartment dwellers and those walking the Camino to Santiago. The room was very sparse - not hand moisturizer (the soap was very drying), conditioner, or waste basket in the room. There were no decent places to eat nearby, and those close were small, smoky bars with limited menus.

The staff was lovely and very helpful. There was always someone in the lobby, and they were able to answer all my questions. They helped me get around town. The room was very clean and very well-maintained. The common areas also were clean and quiet. The location was very convenient to transportation.

The hotel room was very basic & worn decor. Mattress was quite hard & for those doing extended travelling, there was no mini fridge. Our room had French doors but you looked onto a wall, however it was nice you could get some fresh air. Be aware that the walk to the Cathedral & old town was some distance away. Parking was easy with the use of a Parking Station nearby.

The room is very clean and the staff are all amazing. The rooms are also very small if thats important to you. Our favorite thing was the rainhead shower AMAZING!! :) Pilgrim friendly :) The air-conditioning did not work but we didnt mind as it was cool enough weather in early june. (2023 june 8th to 23th) It is a hoyel that meets your needs. Iwould definitely stay again.

Clean, near everything, train station 400meters, hospital 300meters, bus stop 500meters, cafes 75 meters, shower great, staff helpfull, catedral 10-15 minute walk, ne refrigerator, gat charge for breakfast that I never had, take out food 2 squares away excellent, parking one block away, pharmacy 1 block, overall excellent place to sleep/ AC not working open window cool breeze.

Really clean, great location, friendly staff. Breakfast was a bit of a slim pick but I wouldn't complain about it at all.

Excellent service, the room was very comfortable, and the location was perfect for seeing the city as well as access to transportation.

very handy if you are arriving by train, just a couple of blocks away, so you wont have to carry your luggage for too long. it may take 10 min to get to the downtown area. easily accesible, has an elevator, nice staff, provide recommendations and tips on restaurants and things to do.

Great hotel and good location

We booked through Expedia and may have got the worst room! Other reviews we read were good. Hotel is very short walk to train station and historical centre. Customer service at check-in was exceptional pity could say the same for the room we got. It was small, there was water damage to wall between bathroom and bedroom, paper thin walls and in great need of an upgrade No amenities and wifi didn't work. Unless you have a very early train to catch find another hotel or make sure you get what you see.
