The room was very spacious and had a modern feel to it. The kitchen was super useful. It had an electric stove top. you could request pots and pans, silverware, bowls and plates and more! Only issue I had was the bathroom was a little dirty. There were stray hairs and visible build up along the corners and along the sliding door track. They only clean the room very 7 days which I think is a little too long. Wished they could clean every 3-4 days. Staff was friendly and helpful. Overall, great stay. Would recommend this hotel if you’re looking to stay in the area.

The property was not bad and the staff were friendly/helpful. The room it self was decently maintained but the smell of cigarette smoke was overwhelming, we chose a non smoking room and we feel like we got a well cleaned smoking room. The restroom smelled of cigarette smoke as if someone was smoking nextdoor or it was in the vents. It was just gross to be in since we do not smoke and we had our children in there. The room was decently clean but they only do a turndown service every 7 days so we were only given one opportunity to have our room refreshed on a 10day stay. Wish they had a better schedule with that so people not 'living' there would have the opportunity to have a clean room for all of the stay. Also the rule that we needed to bring our dirty toqels down to the front desk and swap them just to recive new towels during our 4 peraon 10day stay was a bit inconvenient and just not what we were used to on a hotel stay. Also, they need to rephrase that there is breakfast included. They only offer granola bars, coffee tea and oatmeal. More of a coffee station then a breafast. I say this because we booked here partially because of the breakfast included option to help with our busy schedule and of course to help with costs. Just seem like false advertisement. Staff was helpful and very nice and of course was just following whatever rules they have in place by management but some of the ways service for guest was handled was messy and just not at all expected.

Overall it’s a great place to stay, the only down side is that it’s a grab and go breakfast which is just a muffin and coffee

Awkward that you’re being filmed at the front desk like a criminal. Coffee area almost empty. No chairs at table to eat at. Had to ask housekeeping to get someone to check me out, even though it said, “If no one at desk, pick up phone and dial 0. I did 2 times and no one answered.

Clean, comfortable, spacious room.

The hotel was fantastic, I've never been to a hotel that provides great features like this one, would definitely book again.

Good location. Rooms are clean but there was some sketchy people hanging around.

Everything was good. Very pleasant stay.

Dirty bedding upon arrival, floors not cleaned, dust built up everywhere, mold in sink and shower. Door keys had to be replaced 4 times over a 7 day stay and Never worked correctly. Hair dryer and outlet in bathroom were broke. They said breakfast included. Breakfast was a mini muffin or a bag of instant oatmeal, and coffee, nothing else. Staff was mostly nice. Asked to switch rooms and was told no. No effort was made.

This was exactly the place we needed to stop on our vacation. The staff went over and above to make sure our stay was perfect. We would definitely stay there again.

Nice and clean

Upon entrance this hotel, there were people in their car blasting music, and smelled like marijuana. I moved my rental car to a well lit area of the parking lot, because my first impression of the surrounding were horrible. The check in process was fast and friendly. Once I checked into the room, I noticed my tv did not work and the screen was completely blue. When I went to the front desk, I advised there was a maintenance ticket being submitted, and alot of tvs were like that in many rooms is what she said. I asked to be changed to another room since I would like to watch TV, she stated they had no other rooms to change me to. I asked the second day about the maintenace ticket and was advised they did not see what I was talking about. I was trying to locate another hotel in the area and leave out of this one, but being graduation weekend most decent places were full. I am disappointed in the amount of money I paid and how uncomfortable I was in this hotel. I would never recommend this lodging facility to anyone especially being from out of state.

We stayed one night with our dog. We didn’t try the breakfast. However, the service was right on and the room was large and clean. Unfortunately it was on the third floor and our dog hated the elevator, which we didn’t expect because it was her first time. Since it was one night, we didn’t request a change. We’ll request a first floor room next time!
