Did not like our experience at this hotel. We lost 1 night because of the airline and when we called to the hotel to let them know that we were going to arrive on the next day, they told us not to worry, that our room will be ready when we get there because it was already paid. When we got there, the guy at the lobby told us that we had to wait 2 hours because the check in was in 2 hours, but that they would reimburse us the lost night. Then they did the wrong check in on us because we were premium and they sent us to another office and told us to talk with the guy in premium for the reimbursememt. Well, the guy in charge of premium did absolutly nothing. And when i finally ask him to please help us amyway, meanin not with a reimbursement, but at least with some discount, late check out, anything to make us happy, he said he couldn't, which i know it is not true because i knkw for a fact that managers can give things for freee whenever they want.
On top of that, we asked for the room to be clean and they didn't all they did was make the beds and peobably broom the room floor. They didn't even check the bathroom. We also sked for the towels to be changed. We were 4. They took only 3 of the dirty towels (left 1 on the floor) and took away 2 of our pool towls, which they were not supposed because if you don't return those, you won't get your card back which costs $20. Took them until the next day to get all our towels back. Really not a good experiences with this hotel at all.
