It was a nice stay

I recently stayed here and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and attentive. The room was spotless, spacious, and well-equipped with all the amenities I needed. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I appreciated the attention to detail in the room’s decor and cleanliness. The hotel’s location was perfect, with easy access to shopping areas .The on-site restaurant served delicious food, and the breakfast buffet had a great variety of options. The highlight of my stay was the exceptional customer service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable and satisfied. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

Need more bilingual staff. But everything else was ok

El agua si es caliente y la presion del agua es super buena, me gusta mucho que el check out es a las 1pm otros hotels es a las 10AM.

The hotel is visibly very run down, with amenities from the 70s. The rooms are dirty, and due to the heat outside the air conditioning causes condensation and rain inside the rooms. The toilets are constantly clogged due to poor maintenance. They changed my room 3 times and the same problems have been repeated, that is, rain in the room and the toilets throwing fecal matter outside. The pool is very far away and you have to walk several minutes through corridors and labyrinths to end up with a long staircase to get to it. A disaster, never again Hotels of the Barceló Chain

The property it’s really comfortable

I’ve stayed at this hotel many times before and I’ve never been disappointed with the rooms. But this time around I found that the rugs are not taken care of as they should. They were damp and smelly and when I walked barefooted they dirtied the bottom of my feet. The room was too humid and the air was acrid. Even in the hallway where there’s rugs smelled the same way.
