Everything was very good very nice people. The only thing is the restaurant too expensive for the class of food.

My bed was very comfortable, Staff polite, respectful and helpful.

Very good stay overall experience, will definetely be going back in next trip

The stuff is so rude with people they make your way for so long. The food is horrible. I and the food are so expensive

The hotel is good. Staff and room were great except for the pillows but that is personal

The jacuzzi was full of kids and cold. Probably the only thing we’d have to complain about. El Jacuzzi estaba ocupado por niños. Y estaba fría el agua. Llamamos varias veces a mantenimiento y nunca lo compusieron. Decían en 15 minutos. Terminamos saliendo y irnos a el cuarto. Sería lo único de reclamo.

The room contained outdated furniture in poor condition. The bathroom ceiling was leaking, and the air conditioner continued running even when the set temperature was reached. Additionally, parts of the walls were damaged and peeling. While the staff were helpful, the overall condition of the property was not well maintained

No bathtub … air conditioning did not work. Close to downtown but paying same rates for newer modern hotels.
