It was a great stay, the staff was super helpful and the Concierge Bernie was simply awesome!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The hotel is really beautiful, service is great, room is big, clean, has all the amenities. Food is super delicious and great variety for breakfast or dinner. Had little confusion for the extra charge for SPA, so be aware it cost extra, but in Expedia site its not really visible, so needs to be updated. But SPA is worth visiting, really great. Overall enjoyed our stay, thank uoy to reception team for being so helpful and welcoming, bar and restaurant staff for their great service.

Staff was nice - stay was average. Just felt very expensive for an average stay. Likely much better value in city.

There was no hot breakfast beyond toast/tea/coffee. The 1st room they gave me smelled of bleach so I asked to change it. The staff are not friendly only the very tall waiter on the 4th floor restaurant. It was a waste, I wish I booked something else.

Nice hotel with good features conveniently located by the yellow line subway station Lodi. Received a room upgrade. Comfortable with a spacious bathroom. Staff was nice.

The air conditioner in my 450 a night suite was not working and the staff was a bit rude when I tried ordering room service

The beds are quite uncomfortable and it was really cold. They told me legally they couldn’t turn on the heat.

Not in the best location but away from the mobs and clutter of downtown. Has its own covered garage, very convenient. Nice room, friendly personnel. Good choice overall.

A fantastic hotel with even more amazing g staff. Convenient location. The concierge Bernie was amazing, finding some last minute VIP tickets to the Monza Grand Prix

On the outer circle of Milan. Walkable to shops, restaurants and pastry/ gelato places. Close to the metro to downtown or take a cab. They will get one for you. We enjoyed this hotel very much. We recommend it. We stayed 2 nights here. Very helpful staff, good accommodations. Around the corner there is a FABULOUS steak place. Huge T Bone steak for two. You have to go to Argentina to get something this good. We forget the name but Google has it as a meat restaurant or the front desk should know it. Enjoy….

Very good hotel

The property has a great location and transportation.

We thought by the pictures there was going to be an OUTDOOR pool, with a lounging area.That was a picture a fountain in a courtyard, that wasn’t even turned on. The building itself is a little confusing. Other than that, it’s very nice. Close to the metro. If you are comfortable using mass transit, it’s very easy to get around from there. Some good restaurants in walking distance too.
