Right at the town center

Beautiful hotel in the center of town. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is right in front of the plaza with many dining options right in front of hotel, ideal to live the tapas culture!

An excellent hotel on the main square on Merida in an updated historic building giving it a real sense of place. The facilities and service were impeccable.

Hotel was in a perfect central situation with valet parking. A lovely atmosphere with interesting attractive decor. Helpful staff with advice on the local area.

Lovely hotel in the main square. Walking distance to all locations around the town. I self parked at a local parking garage, the Cervantes Parking parking area. Parking spaces were tight but ok. Staff at the hotel were excellent. The night manage was very helpful.

Great place to stay except for the window that doesn’t close all the way so you can hear the noise from the street and cold air goes through as well

The Merida Palace is in an excellent hotel in a central location. It is a fabulous building with excellent staff: very friendly and professional. We wouldn't hesitate to come back.

The hotel staff were excellent. Very helpful!!

Only negative comment is WIFI is not that good, can be spotty. But other than that a great place, parking (valet) off site for fee great location! Really nice people.
