Property had paint and construction debris in the room. I would recommend that the room be checked before settling in. Disappointed with the condition of the room and the staffs unwillingness to correct the problem

A+ Great Place To Stay!

My room wasn’t ready. The staff is very nice and helpful. Our room had a lot of issues, after every shower we had to out 2 towels on floors since shower leaked everywhere. Toilet seat was broken. Ironing board was broken and could not order room service as our phone never worked or kept a charge for more than 15 seconds. All these things are easy fixes and staff had toilet and ironing board fixed the following day.

The staff was nice as always. The valet parking is excellent. This hotel is always clean. Highly recommended.

The pool, the Jacuzzi, and the gym were in excellent condition, the room was super comfortable, and the staff was super friendly.

Needs to be updated, not what I expected

This hotel used to be nice, unfortunately maintenance is missing and the ladies ar lobby have bad attitude.

Room was fine, booked an extension that wasn’t communicated between Expedia and the property so I was woken up to walk downstairs to fix it since the customer support couldn’t communicate with the Spanish speaking staff, was locked out of my room for an hour and a half while they could figure out how to verify my extension, almost made me pay double for the extra staff. Was almost left behind by our scheduled transportation shuttle while having to prove I paid for the extension since I couldn’t access my clothes. It came down to me having to translate for Expedia customer support to explain to the hotel staff how to validate my extension, pretty stressful ordeal.

No iron in the room which was odd. Air conditioning wasn’t working but they got that resolved. Beautiful hotel. Great commercial location. Beautiful pool. Would stay again.

Not impressed. The rooms at the holiday in express are much better. Toilet seat was broken. Will not stay there again.
