As far as the location goes it is hard to find The place is hidden almost in a shopping center The lobby is nice but the rooms lace update, the room that we received needed lots of repair, when we made a complaint they did offer us a upgrade

Good location

love it staff and hotel

The first room was too small I asked to move into a larger room which was promised and then we were moved to a junior suit which was at two level story bed room and bath was upstairs and the sofa which would get into a bed was downstairs BUT there was no bathroom or even a mirror downstairs all closets for clothes were downstairs as well Not a good plan for three older ladies BUT location was great , staff were real friendly They knew from beginnings that we were three people and we paid a huge payment for the room I booked

I love this hotel. Its in the center of Milano. Breakfast is excellent. Staff i reall loved them and thanks all of them gor their wonderful hospitality. Not only reception everyone workong in the hotel is helpful cherrful and love it. I will come and stay again. Location and people is the best in this hotel. Hughky recommend everyone

The hotel staff were extremely helpful in arranging transportation from/to the airport as well as to other cities on our trip. The room was upgraded free and was so very nice and comfortable. The location is central to the city center to walking was so easy! Would definitely go back!

They were great. They gave me a free upgrade to a Jr. Suite. Besides that, beautiful hotel with a great location!

This hotel is right next to duomo, very convenient shopping and access and night life. But, if you like quiet and less people traffic, this may not be for you. Otherwise, this hotel is amazing, beautiful and close by many sightseeing spots.

The Staff was Excellent! Michael and Ricardo were very helpful with activities in the area, dinner reservations, directions to little local spots to have great pastries and coffee. Thank you tie making my experience in Milan so wonderful!

Lovely Boutique hotel with super nice staff. The location is excellent. Just the perfect location to enter the Galleria, or walk to Duomo.

Great hotel , with great staff and excellent location and wonderful service and good amenities.Micheal and Arter helped us book our train tickets for our daily trip . Anastasia the manager was wonderful. Peter and Cecilia where very helpful , the service made us extend our trip for another 3 nights . For sure we’ll go back and stay there
