Well located near West Edmonton Mall. Clean and spacious rooms.

IT had free food and I really like the breakfast but what I didn’t like was you guys didn’t have dinner?

Nice big room and staff were always friendly and helpful.

The kids loved the pool.

Comfortable beds, room was a little dirty, great pool, and quiet hotel.

Simple and met our needs. The best part is that this hotel is run by First Nations which we like to see.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The rooms were clean and well maintained. It was a little noisier it that’s to be expected with a family friendly hotel that has a water park. My only suggestion would be to include non pork options other than breads. The first morning there were plain scramble eggs which was a great protein option, but the next few mornings the egg choice had ham in it with the other hot option being sausage.

It was a good stay; booked the hotel for the pool and waterslide. Popular among families— would have liked if they ensured that kids were monitored (it was a bit chaotic with kids being unsupervised) Rooms were average; continental breakfast looked promising (we did not have time to stop)

Old and stained

My go to hotel when in Edmonton. Great location and appreciate a quick continental breakfast.

Kids loved the pool and waterslide, but it was very busy! The hotel itself is starting to look a bit dated. Fairly close to WEM and lots of restaurants.

Great room

Overall a wonderful hotel. Close to West Ed Mall and minutes from downtown. Front Desk staff were wonderful. Acutally, all the staff were. Pool is good. Does get crowded quick. Breakfast is great and has both hot and cold options. Would stay here again. Only issue was the noise from the floor above and hallway. Feels like the floors need more insulation or something to mitigate being able to hear foots steps/stomping from above.

First time here for me. My wife has stayed here in the past. Nice large room. good price. comfortable Bed.

Clean room, and standard continental breakfast, my younger sibling enjoyed the pool and slide. However, I wish it was a bit deeper and bigger for swimming.

The building itself was clean, however there seemed to be a lot of remodelling going on. The people above us were moving furniture at 3am, and the toilet kept running. Housekeeping barged in at 9am, check out isn’t until 11. The hotel was nice, staff were friendly but not a very restful night.

ALERT!!! Parents …GO HERE!!! Here’s why!! 1: amenities We have all travelled and had our shampoo spill in our luggage right? Well, worry no more! This hotel offers a huge shampo, conditioner and body wash! I still don’t know why all hotels don’t do this… but it made us meet our weight requirements to get here!!! Breakfast Breakfast is good and is mostly geared to children. Waffles, cereal - that they will actually eat!! Okay, so let’s talk coffee… they have a coffee called Spirit Bear… it’s the BEST COFFEE IVE EVER HAD! Or maybe because I haven’t drank coffee in a while but it was so smooth and no heavy bitter taste at the end!!! SWIMMING!!! How many of us moms cringe during pool time because we don’t want to get our hair wet? Well the water height is PERFECT!! I’m 5’ 2 and it was about to me knee in the shallow part and around the 1 meter at its deepest point great for ages 6 and up Hot tub is AMAZING!!! It’s right beside the pool and positioned at a great vantage point to see the kiddos!! Staff were friendly if I needed anything I never had to wait long to receive any aid required All in all, my children had a BLAST here and loved this hotel very much. Which makes every parent proud and happy they made the right choice. Make the right choice too! Choose this establishment!
