Joy in the breakfast room was a joy,the front desk clerks were great. I had a wonderful stay. Let me also add that housekeeping does an excellent job

Clean room.

Very basic. Small bathroom, very difficult to get in and out of the shower area.

The area was quiet and we were able to sleep. Restrooms worked just fine. Breakfast was small in options but that was fine. The hotel is not near any tourist areas so be aware you will need to walk about 25 mins or get an uber/taxi. Overall nice experience.

Excellent location near public transportation. Staff was extremely helpful. Housekeeping efficient. Some minor issues with room door locking. Would definitely stay again at this property!

The staff was very kind and the room was clean. Our only complaint was that our room was located directly behind the elevator and at times it was noisy.

Room very small

Don't let the photos fool you. Rooms were not compared with the ones on pictures as they said it was renovated.

Our room had no AC , we had to sleep with the windows open every night! The pictures on the booking are not the same in person. The walls are very thin you could hear everything in the next rooms. Complete disappointment. The staff were kinda nice.

I liked the hotel especially for the kindness of the staff. The only thing is that I had two freezing nights because the heating was not working properly, but I loved the hotel, the elevator and the food.

I rent a car everytime I travel to Europe, so parking is very vital for me whenever I rent a hotel. According to their description in Expedia - they have a parking space that is a "rare finding" in that part of the city. False advertisement. Yes, there was parking available, but not in the hotel, rather on the streets. And good luck finding a spot. When I asked the person on the desk if it's ok to park in front and do I need to pay, she said, yes, it's ok, people park their cars there all the time, you don't need to pay, because that's not a parking space. (Crazy response)... Of course I ended up getting a parking ticket.The hotel itself has a great location and walking distance to many restaurants. Breakfast is ok, nothing special, at €10 per person. If you don't have a car, it's ok. But if you rented a car - nope. It's False advertisement and Expedia should do something about it.

I traveled with my family and we had a good time. The hotel was clean and nice. Breakfast was a plus :) And the staff hotel were very friendly. I would recommend it!
