A last minute booking. Surprised about how pleasant the stay was.

The inside and rooms were good… the outside is not.

Overall it was great, but they did forget to clean our room even though I had scheduled it. They did provide new towels and took out the trash when I asked.

Hotel is fine but next to freeway. Very noisy.

Professional front desk

It was a quick visit to LA, but enjoy the hotel. It’s modern, comfy and clean. Love that you have breakfast at the hotel that is included. Easy to get to by car, entrance to the freeway is right next to it. Will be coming back again.

The hotel was well kept and clean. It was almost impossible to find the parking garage entrance and the hotel lobby. We finally went in the exit and the lobby was there. I was disappointed that the rooftop lounge was just a sitting area and not a bar. We got there about 8 and there were very few places that were open to eat.

Comfortable bed and room, but at night we can hear the steps of people on the top floor.

Noisy, by the freeway.

Friendly staff

Great location. I felt safe walking, even at night. I staff were friendly and went out of their way to make sure I had my needs met.

Didn like that it is a bad neighborhood and also hotel never mentioned id be paying 30 parking fee you would asume if you are staying there at least you parking would be free

It was good except that our room was outside of the building so there was extra noise.

It’s not quiet at night. Maybe it’s because we are in LA. The staff is friendly.

The staff upon arrival and checkout were very sweet to accommodate and ask about my stay. The breakfast was excellent in choices and ease to have access to. The room was very clean and in order.

Rooms were clean. Breakfast could be better though. Easy parking

staff were very friendly and helpful, breakfast is great. I also appreciated the fact that they had plenty of pillows and everything was comfortable.
